CLOTHING NEEDED--Several Wishing Tree families are in need of gently used clothing for their preschoolers. Sizes
needed are boys newborn-18 mo., and girls 6-24 mo. and sizes 6 and/or 8. There are drop off containers on either side of
the elevator in the Welcome Center. Thanks!!!

AFRICAN CHILDRENS CHOIR RETURNS THIS WEDNESDAY (DEC. 10th )!!!

As many of you know, the African Childrens Choir has been at Memorial several times
in the past and always a special treat. They will be giving a concert here at Memorial
Lutheran Church on Wednesday, December 10th at 7:00 pm so mark your calendars!!

HE SHALL BE CALLED
Next Sunday the Praisemakers, Childrens Choir and Soloists will present our
annual Cantata at both the 8:00 am service here at Memorial as well as at the
Katy Mills Mall at 11:00 am. Come and hear about Jesus, Son of God, Prince
of Peace, Immanuel.

CHRISTMAS BY CANDLELIGHT There are just a few seats left!!

Women in Mission (WIM) and Girls Loving Christ (GLC) invite the ladies of our
congregation (ages 10 and up) and their friends to attend Christmas By Candlelight Sunday,
December 14th at 5:30 pm in the Welcome Center with Sarah Weider as our guest speaker.
There will be an appetizer and dessert buffet. Tickets are $5.00. Jot youre your name on one
of the lists in the Welcome Center. Were looking forward to seeing you!!
MEMORIALS CHILDRENS CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
Our children have been practicing and practicing for months so that they can share the
Christmas story with you and are so excited!! The program will be here at Memorial
Wednesday, December 17th beginning at 7:00 pm.

IT IS NOT TOO SOON

It is not too soon to think about your roll in the next mission trip to Kenya. If God has
touched your heart to go on the June mission trip, there are several things you may still
need to do in advance: shots, passports, initial deposit for plane tickets, and packing tips
for example. The dates for this summers trip have been adapted to teacher and student
schedules to allow maximum participation. May God bless your consideration and lead you to peace and joy in His
