1. How was the leader chosen?

The leader of our group is Ruth Barona; we decided that she is the person that has all abilities
based on survey of type of leader.

2. Why choosing transactional or transformational leadership style?


The type of leadership that we need for this task is transformational because we think that the
project needed of help all group to reach the goal; Its leadership style appointed, knowledge, role
and skills for each one of members of our group with this style depend the activity of our project.

3. What were your objectives?


Our Objective were to get 10 photos in forty minutes calculating four minutes per person al this
time also considered the capture of customer service, the power of persuasion for the costumer or
anime dare to use our service, take in addition other was that each member of our group develop
their qualities and knowledge in each task assigned.

The human resources was manage with the objectives of each members make a specific task its

Marianela Reyes Photographer: She has a good skill with technologies.
Karen Barco - Capture costumer: She is a friendly, proactive and quickly for relations with
other people.
Nedelka Pollster: She has the skill to empathize with the costumer and know how
manage the costumer.
Ruth Leader: She monitored the activities of their team, also she has the abilities to
review the quality of service that other members make and control the time for each
activities.

6. How did you decide to use the operational and technical resources to perform your

your expected outcome? how many people you wanted to serve? and quality
standards?
We use how resource operational and technical such as survey, smartphone and chronometer,

We planned our activity before make a schedule for each activities.
We completed with our objectives because we reach the goal.

We attended 10 persons with a certain time, with quality because we had to be patient to serve
them and so someone told us that our services is innovation and creativity this show in the survey.

According to surveys we have and score between excellent and very well. We achieve the goal
although our threat was that any prospects didnt have smartphones or their cell phones didnt
have battery.
