Differences:
Objectives of the trainings are different of all the three case studies. First case study training
programs focus is leadership skills enhancement. Second one is focusing on the assessment of
the training by assessing implementation of the learning in actual situation. The third one is
about how much the training has proved beneficial.

Suggestion:
At BP they should also assess the training impact on employees while dealing in real situations.
NTPC training program is almost perfect. They have all the three level of training program
which is very comprehensive.
The one that is about an Indian car manufacturing is more work less benefit kind of training
program. They should adopt the NTPC training program
