Registration For Existing Postgraduate Candidates Semester II, 2009/2010 Academic Session

All existing postgraduate candidates are required to renew the registration at the beginning of every
semester throughout the candidature. Please note that registration period for Semester II, 2009/2010
session as bellows:

1. Postgraduate candidates by coursework and by : 21.12.2009 – 15.1.2010

PERDANAMAIL ACCOUNT REGISTRATION FOR EXISTING
POSTGRADUATE CANDIDATES
As practiced in the previous session, registration of existing postgraduate
candidate for Semester II, 2009/2010 session will be done on-line
through the web.

All postgraduate students are required to register for the


PERDANAMAIL account to enable on-line registration and
adding/dropping of course(s) for Semester II, 2009/2010 session through
the web. Please visit http://umisisweb.um.edu.my/ from time to time to
get the latest information on course(s) timetable and other
announcements. The timetable is available from 21 December 2009
onwards and on-line registration at http://pascasiswazah.um.edu.my/ of
courses(s) and thesis/dissertation can be done from 9.00 a.m. on 21
December 2009.

Please note that registration through the web can only be done using
individual PERDANAMAIL account.

(1) You are reminded that as a higher degree candidate you are required to renew your candidature at
the beginning of every semester throughout your candidature. No letter of reminder will be sent
regarding this matter. Failure to do so is considered a violation of the University regulations which
will result in the termination of the candidate’s candidature.

(2) Candidates are not required to come to Institut of Graduate Studies for payment and registration
because it can be done via online.

satisfied.

PAYMENT OF FEES THROUGH INTERNET BANKING FOR EXISTING POSTGRADUATE CANDIDATES

Payment of fees can be done through internet banking. Please use the following guide which is provided by Bank to pay fees through Internet Banking.
