Terms
Unless otherwise indicated, the rates quoted are subject to all applicable surcharges, currency adjustment factors and GRI's in effect in Expeditors' Ocean Tariff at the
time of shipment.
The surcharges shown above are only those on file at the time of this Rate Quote.
If the size, weight, measurement, pick-up or delivery to or location of the quoted shipment changes, promptly notify Expeditors as it may affect the rates quoted herein.
All shipments are subject to re-weight and re-measurement by Expeditors and/or its subcontractors.
This Rate Quote is valid for 30 days from the date shown above unless revised or revoked and is not applicable to dangerous goods or perishable cargo. This Rate
Quote shall supercede any prior quotes and/or oral agreements/discussions pertaining to the quoted rates.
Demurrage and detention free time and related charges are for the account of the cargo and subject to the local carrier and terminals' terms and conditions, as noted in
Expeditors' Ocean Tariff. Customer shall be responsible to pay any and all accessorial charges and liability which are incurred with respect to the movement and
storage of the shipments tendered hereunder which are not otherwise pre-approved in writing by Expeditors.
LCL rates are charged per 1 cubic meter or per 1000 kgs per shipment, whichever generates the higher number.
The rates quoted above are presented for Customer's review and acceptance. Rates quoted herein shall become effective upon publication in the Expeditors' Ocean
Tariff.
All services will be provided under Expeditors' Ocean Tariff, standard terms and conditions of service and/or the terms set forth in the applicable contract of carriage.
The booking and tendering of cargo serves as Customer's acceptance of this Rate Quote and its conditions.
