Examination Room no. wise Attendance Records of Theory Exam

Above screen is to be used for preparing data of students due to appear in theory exams
room no., date & subject wise Regular/Backlog status in different Courses Branch &
semester wise. Roll nos. have been provided from 1 st batch of CSVTU in the grid just click
check box against roll nos./no. as per selection criteria and finally after all selection click
Add records button and report can be printed before start of the examination.

Marking up Absentees within Due to appear Students

After exam are over on a particular date out of due to appear students subject those
students didnt appear in exam are to be marked Absent with help of above module as
when exam date is selected in the combo box all the subjects having data exists within
displays in next combo box, selecting a subject and click on display records button results
all the roll nos./no. all due to appear in the data grid with unique record no. out of which
those roll nos./no. absent ones check box against detail is to be checked to mark particular
one as absent in above subject and after selecting all absentees mark absent button
updates database flag.

Marking UFM (Unfair Means) in the attendance record

This screen is for marking UFM case in database subject wise.

Export of data to CSVTU (date wise) after period of seven exam days
Attach database ATTENDANCE.mdb and mail to csvtu.exam.db@gmail.com
ATTENDANCE.mdb (Destination data table BACKUP_ATTENDANCE_RECORD)

After completing all entries and updating Absentees & UFM of a particular exam date
export data to backup table and clear main table.
Attendance record maintained on daily exam date based data is to be using above screen
stored to table BACKUP_ATTENDANCE_RECORD for backup and to clear main table
ATTENDANCE_RECORD. stored records exam date wise to be sent to CSVTU from after
processing data after each seven exam days date wise after all the activities related is
completed ie; marking up absentees to due to appear records subject wise on a particular
date of exam.

Single row deletion using record number

(Single record can be deleted in second screen in case of wrong entry made)

After entry of Due to appear students before exam take print out of above report group and
send it room wise and after taking signature and sr. no. of answer sheet of students in
report printed and mark absent and UFM (if any) in software module subject wise in a
particular exam date this report is to be sent to CSVTU with signature of Invigilators and
Center Supdt. along with answerbooks.

Above report is to be used for viewing processed data sent to back table
