Rate, Class of 2009:


HISD will increase the percentage of students
identified as graduating or remaining in
school based on a longitUdinal four-year
cohort for first-time ninth graders. The
rate for the Class of 2008 is 80.6 percent
for all students.
The annual target is a
three percentage-point increase for all
students and each accountability student
group (All, AA, H, W, ED) . - Maximum payout
$5,000.
2. Commended Performance, 2010 TAKS:
HISD will show an annual increase in the
percentage of students scoring at the
commended levels on the TAKS across grades by
subject.
The annual target is a three
percentage-point increase. Payout is half of
category maximum.
HISD will show an annual increase in the
total number of campuses with an increased
percentage of students reaching the commended
level on TAKS, by subject.
The annual target
is a three percentage-point increase.
Payout
is half of category maximum.
3. 2010 TEA Accountability:
$1,000 for every Academically Unacceptable to
Academically Acceptable or higher campus.
