Items can be either purchased individually or as a member, you can access the W&L education website 24
hours per day, 7 days a week from any location, on any computer with an internet connection.

Logging In
Logging into the website only involves the following simple and easy steps.
1.

Run any of the following internet browsers:

Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Internet Explorer
Safari

Enter www.wleducation.com.au into the web address area.

3.

Type your given username and password in the log-in area located in the upper right-hand
corner, and click

Managing Your Account

To access your account,
click the Your Account button in the login area.

The Corporate Staff Page allows you to:

View your profile - this page provides your
basic account information and allows you to
reset your password.
View training register report - shows the
training materials you have accessed and
stores the certificates you have earned.
Send your suggestions and feedback
provides a form where you can send your
comments and concerns about the website and
its contents.
For corporate account managers,
the Your Corporate Account button
is added onto the login area.

Additional options are provided

to register a new user
(Add a new staff) and
to view all registered users
(View all your staff).

Our Training Library

W&L educations training library includes a wide selection of e-learning modules, video presentations,
posters and e-books. These training materials cover several topics related to Manual Handling, the Aged
Care Funding Instrument (ACFI), General Aged Care, Safe Swallowing and Nutrition, Injuries and Postop Management, and many others.

These can be seen by clicking the Education tab.

Taking an E-learning Module

1. Choose a topic of interest. This can be done by:
a. browsing the topics through the websites
Training Library, or
b. typing specific keywords in the search section

2. Select a particular topic by clicking

the title of the e-learning module.
You will be directed to a page
providing an introduction of the
topic which includes an overview
of its contents and learning
objectives.

3. To launch the e-learning module, click the

5. Several types of quizzes and comprehension checks are also integrated into the e-learning modules.
Answer and respond to them accordingly, and then click

validity of your answer.

6. At the end of every e-learning module, you will be informed of your results and score.
Passing the quizzes lets you obtain a training certificate.

7. To get your certificate, click Finish. A new window will appear showing your results,
click Please click here to go to the next page.

8. A new window will load, click Get Your Certificate button.

9. Your certificate will load and this is now link to your account.

Viewing Video Presentations

A wide array of video presentations is also available in W&Ls aged care
library. It can be accessed by browsing through the websites training
library or by using the search sidebar.

Steps in playing the video presentation:

1. Similar to the other training materials, open the video presentation by
clicking its title or the View Details button.
2. You will be directed to a page providing an introduction of the
chosen topic. Located at the bottom of the page, hit the
Click here to access the material button.
The video presentation will then automatically play into your
internet browser.

Downloading Posters and E-books

In addition to e-learning modules, the W&L education library also includes
posters and e-books of various aged care topics. These can be accessed through
the websites training library or search bar.

To download:

1. Click the title of the material or the View Details button to be

directed to the download page.

2. Click the Click here to access this material button.

3. The selected training material will then be opened in a PDF file format.
