Future Launcher (FL) is a counselling center engaged in catering counselling

services to individuals, groups, schools and corporate since June 2007.
FL has a strong team of experienced and young counselors and has established a
successful counselling model for various schools and institutions in Mumbai area.
FL has expertise in all the aspects of a counselling and assessment program.
Through its various operating channels, FL is committed to providing excellent
counselors to its clients.
The Founder of FL, Mr. Manoj Rajiwadekar, has done M.A. & M. Phil. in psychology
with specialization in counselling. He had held a lecturer position in various colleges
in the past. He himself has worked as a school counselor at various locations and
has done a special counseling course in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from
the original institute in NewYork, U.S.A.

Founder: Manoj Rajiwadekar
Mr. Manoj Rajiwadekar is a counselling psychologist. He has done M.A. (Mumbai
University) & M. Phil. in psychology with specialization in counselling. He had held a
lecturer position in various colleges in the past. He worked as a school counselor at
various locations and has done a special counseling course in Rational Emotive
Behavior Therapy accredited by the original institute in New York, U.S.A. Now a
days he is running his own counselling center i.e. Future Launcher Counselling
Centre at Borivali (W.) about which many newspapers like Times of India,
Hindustan Times, Asian Age, Navbharat Times and Samana have published articles
many times.

Manager: Pooja Rajiwadekar (M.A. & M.Phil. in Psychology) with counseling

psychology as Specialization.
Pooja has taken lecturer position in various colleges like Pendharkar College, Smt.
C.H.M. College, Maniben Nanavati Womens College & S.N.D.T. Churghgate.

Currently Pooja is working as lecture for P.G. Department of Psychology from last 6
years. She is actively involved in conducting various career guidance seminars,
workshops with teachers and parents. She is also working as a school counselor.
She has done a counseling course in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from
original institute in New-York, U.S.A. Recently Pooja had been interviewed by Times
of India for covering topics like Suicide Counseling, Career Counseling etc. She
were awarded for mental health awareness programs. She is also working for
different schools and taking workshops for teachers, parent & students.
