_____________________________________________________________________________

We will leave from Aaron and Ericas home, 18192 Old Highway 63 north of
Debcember
at 10:00
A.M.
Atlanta, on FSaturday,
riday, December
27, 227,
013 2014
at 10:00
A.M.

If you find you cannot attend please let Aaron know ASAP. The ministry has
provided $3,000 in funds for tickets, meals, etc. We need to fill all seats. This is a
free trip provided by our ministry and generous donors in addition to our
noodle fundraiser.

This year we will be staying and attending the conference at the same hotel: the
Comfort
Inn Thousand
Hills.
Hilton
Branson
Convention
Center. Their telephone number is ((417)-335-4727
417) 336-5400
and the facilities include an indoor pool and hot tub.

This conference provides local youths with access to the nations top ministers
and Christian artists. Please review the attached list of instructions for what to
pack, our schedule, a rooming list, and other important information.

The purpose of the Church WithOut Walls Ministries is to lead people to a
productive, lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. We meet at
Tri County School in Macon for donuts and Bible Study for teens and adults at
10:00 A.M. every Sunday morning. Our younger children are enrolled in
Crossroads Christian Churchs Sunday School program.

Finally, please review the list of items to bring carefully and often!

Comfort Inn Thousand Hills

203 S. Wildwood Drive

Branson, MO, US, 65616
Phone: (417) 335-4727 Fax: (417) 335-4748

God Bless & Merry Christmas!

What to pack:

Snacks: All food is provided, but some may want to bring their own snacks. We
will clean our borrowed vehicles prior to returning them, so cleanliness is
important. Also, soda is discouraged and energy drinks are prohibited. We have
learned youths appropriate diet sometimes requires our supervision.

Electronics: Safety is of utmost importance and we allow cell phones, if available.
However, all electronic devices may be collected at any time if they become a
distraction. Please do not pack devices that may connect to the internet
including gaming systems as we cannot monitor what children are viewing at
all times.

Money: Youth often find stuff to buy on every trip; typically, they dont need
what they buy like t-shirts, soda at gas stations visited along the way, etc. The
students could make it through the trip without bringing any cash. Shopping at
the nearby Branson Landing and Bass Pro Shops is a regular outing. Suggestion:
Pack $10-30.

Other: Everyone needs to bring their Bibles and pack an appropriate amount of
changes of casual clothes for the three days, toiletries, and coats (it will be
cold).

The Gist Do Bring:

Bibles

A little cash

Swim clothes
Church lanyard (provided)
Toiletries

Coat

Do NOT Bring:

A lot of cash
Energy drinks
Handheld gaming devices
Expensive, easy to

lose items

Expectations:

A healthy diet and plenty of rest is an important part of a quality experience.
Youths will be asked to avoid drinking soda and eating junk food. Energy drinks
are prohibited. Cell phones, iPods, games, etc. will be turned off and possibly
collected after lights out.

The Golden Rule will apply at all times, particularly between youths and adult
volunteers. Bad behavior will lead to an abrupt end to the event for youths who
will be picked up by their parents and possibly an end to future trips for all.
Adults will be asked to meet expectations in the same way as the youths.

Chaperones will lead by example. For safety, opposite sex students and adults
will never be alone. We have high expectations for students and know rules
without relationships lead to rebellion. We will quickly and completely correct
students who make the wrong choices during the trip. Adult males will need to
stay in close proximity to male students, who tend to roam.

We will wear our matching church lanyards during the first night. Students and
adults are encouraged to wear CWOW tshirts throughout the event as well to
foster team spirit and to easily identify our group.

All students and adults will be in the same vehicles throughout the entire trip to
allow for easy counting in transit. Students will be divided by gender in vehicles
for long trips home at night.

Individuals will be asked to assist with various tasks like loading, cleaning,
preparing food, etc. and will be expected to do so with a cheerful heart. (2 Cor
9:7)

Fellowship is valued between all genders and ages. However, girls and boys will
not be in the same room without supervision. Ever.

Worship is what were made for and we take it seriously.

Participants will be asked to make their beds and tidy their rooms each
morning. At the end of the stay, they will strip all bedding and pile with other
used linens for the staffs convenience. As Christians, etiquette in hotels and
restaurants is an important witness to the world. We take this seriously.
