Whether arrangements are grand or intimate, our staff at
The Villages at Country Creek, Creekside Restaurant, welcomes the
opportunity to share your special day with you.
We are conveniently located in Estero. The Villages at Country Creek offers an
elegant clubhouse, overlooking a beautiful fairway that is complimented by
lush landscaping. Our dining room can host a personal event of 40 or give
150 guests the feeling of spacious surroundings.
Each event we host is unique. Menus will be customized to reflect your
individual taste. Our staff will guide you effortlessly through the creative
process, handling all of the details, and leaving the pleasure of this most
special occasion to you!
The following packet includes: Quinceanera Menus, Policies and Guidelines
and a Booking Agreement. Please call to arrange an appointment and tour
our club to start planning the wedding of your dreams.

A full bar will remain open upon request for any guests 21 years of age or older for the
full 4 hours of the event.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any person.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 and a credit card or cash with a credit card on file
will secure the date you have selected for your event.

Guarantee Policy
Confirmation of the number of guests for each function is required
five (5) business days in advance. Charges will be based on this minimum guarantee, or
the actual guest count, whichever is greater.
Pricing
Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for functions arranged ninety
(90) days prior to the event will be honored. A 20% Service Charge and a 6% Sales Tax
will be automatically added for your convenience.
Payment
Deposits will be credited to the final bill. The Guarantee amount and food payment
must be paid five (5) days before the event. Final payment must be made by credit card
or cash the day of the event.
Menu Planning

In order to assure the availability of all chosen menu items, your menu selections should
be submitted thirty (30) days prior to the function date. All Food and Beverage items
must be supplied by The Creekside Restaurant, (Wedding/Specialty cakes are the only
exception) and no food or liquor can be removed from the premises.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your
risk of food borne illness.
Liquor Policy
The Creekside Restaurant, as a licenses, is responsible for the administration of the sale
and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with Florida Alcoholic Beverage
Commissions regulations. It is the policy to request valid photo identification for all
alcoholic beverage purchases regardless of age or appearance. Guests must be 21 years or
older to purchase or consume alcohol on property. No alcoholic beverages are permitted
to be brought on the property for consumption by your guests.
REQUESTS FOR SHOTS OR DOUBLE DRINKS WILL NOT BE GRANTED. WE ALSO RESERVE THE
RIGHT TO REFUSE ALCOHOL SERVICE TO ANY PERSON.
Security
The Creekside Restaurant will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any
merchandise or articles brought into the facility or for any items left behind.
Hold Harmless
The Creekside Restaurant shall be excused and held harmless for the failure to perform
any obligation here under when prevented from doing so by cause or causes beyond its
control which shall include, but not be limited to, labor disputes, civil commotion, war,
fire, or other casualty, inability to obtain material or impair efforts to properly host a
function. In such cases, monies on deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations
A full refund will be permitted for cancellations made three (3) months or more from the
event date.
Linens

Cleaning Fee
All items brought into The Villages at Country Creek must be removed after the event.
There will be an additional charge for extra labor if an excessive amount of trash,
decorations, or any other items are left behind for our staff to clean up. The Villages at
Country Creek reserve the right to decide what is or is not considered excessive cleanup.
Service Fee
There will be an additional set-up & clean-up fee for outdoor ceremonies starting at
$50.00 per hour. Also, a fee of $25.00 per hour, per server will be charged for events
over four (4) hours long.

1. All agreements must be accompanied by a credit card on file. In arranging for
private functions, the final attendance must be received no later than five (5)
business days prior to the commencement of the function.
2. A charge of $1.00 per person will be added to the final bill for linen charges. This
charge is not negotiable. Custom colored linen is additional charge.
3. The customer, customers guests or invitees are not permitted to bring food and
beverage of any kind into functions. (Only exception: Specialty Cakes)
