The way a team plays as a whole determines its success.

Individual commitment to a group effort- that is what makes a

team work, a camp work, a scouting work, and a community
work.
I am very lucky to have this team of trained, experienced
and passionately inclined people who work voluntarily toward a
common goal- the scouting movement.
A pleasant morning to all. Let me introduce to you the 33rd
Councilwide Encampment Central and Sub-Camp Staff:

In the final note, we may encounter difficulties along the

way: dealing with people, dealing with the circumstances and
dealing with our emotions. Remember if you feel so down, just
look up and ask the Almighty God to bless you sufficient
courage, strength, and grace.

My warmest greetings to all girls and titas who

participated and the working staff who contributed to the
success of the 33rd Councilwide Encampment.
This years theme, Imagine More, Do More, brings a
challenge to every Girl Scout in todays world who is submerged
greatly to the instant and digital world governed by information
overflow, to be imaginative in their day-to-day experience and
to be creative in every circumstance, thus, becoming more
innovative in developing strategies to answer problems; being
original in concepts and ideas, and productive individual who
brings herself with confidence and grace.
Our theme also implies a vision to look forward to the
future. This vision is clearly a product of our imagination and its
attainment solely depends on how we work hard and more for
it. Dear girls, I encourage you to imagine big and pull each
other in order to realize such imagination and serve more.
Lastly, allow me to express my heartfelt Thank Ever So
Much to our Council Executive who is always there behind us
with her staff and to all the Titas in camp, to all the Central and
Sub-Camp Staff for with you all, this 33rd Councilwide
Encampment is indeed a great success in giving opportunities
for all the Girls in camp to experience existing activities while
living the Girl Scout Promise and Laws.
