OBJECTIVE:
The purpose of this position is to ensure the successful and effective operation and
maintenance of plant, reduce downtime and unplanned shutdown, plan schedule and
preventive maintenance for smooth operation of plant. Create and maintained skilled
operation and maintenance team.
EXPERIENCES:
Organization (1)
Presently working as Plant In-Charge in RZ Power limited, 50MW, 440V, 3 phase,
and 50Hz, MITSUBISHI Diesel Generator. (A sister concern of Rahimafrooz Group.)
from 1st January 2013 to till now.
Location: Thakurgaon Road, Thakurgaon.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely Reporting of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly reporting of
power plant.
On time execution of all Preventive maintenance & Corrective maintenance.

Maintain good rapport with team members and build a cohesive effective and
motivated team.
Report of Daily Generation, Availability report preparation maximum capacity
exported and forecasted for next three days to be maintained.
Maintain the maintenance activities with proper Safety guard, Safety
equipment and proper tools to minimize risk of accident during any
maintenance activities.
Control all staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained and
developed and carry their responsibilities to the required standards.
Proper Administrative control, Shift planning, maintain the up to date report of
plant safety equipment and ensuring proper security of the plant.
Ensure training and coaching to the team member to improve competency and
proper motivation.
Make a well-trained maintenance team to enhance their maintenance activity.

Worked as Maintenance In-Charge in RZ Power limited, 50MW, 440 &
33000V, 3 phase, 50Hz, MITSUBISHI Diesel Generator.(A sister concern of
Rahimafrooz Group.) from 15th April 2010 to 30th December 2012.
Location: Thakurgaon Road, Thakurgaon.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completed the erection, commissioning and testing of 50 MW HSD Power
Plant (1.5MW*20Nos @1.112 MW*21Nos@1.5MW(3.3KV)*2 43 unit,
400V, 3 phase, 50Hz, MITSUBISHI Diesel Generator) with the help of MHI
Engine expert.
Done 8 times successfully major Overhauling.
Maintained the Schedule Maintenance Of all Engines and planning for
upcoming Maintenance.
Ability to work to strict deadline and under pressure.
Knowledge share between Management team and non-management team.
Safety discuss before working.
Closely monitoring of Gen-sets while starting and synchronizing.
Supervised the Maintenance team and Manpower allocation properly.
Regular updated of spare parts.
Regular report to Line Manager.

Previously worked as Senior Mechanical Engineer (Operation &Maintenance)
in S. Alam Power Plant (6 * 2 MW Erection, Commissioning, Operation &
Maintenance) Ltd 1st March 2007 to 13th April 2010. This is a sister concern of
S.ALAM Group .The Boiler supplier is M/S ISJEC JOHN THOMPSON,
India. The capacity of boiler is 66TPH, MSP 32bar, MST 375 degree, Natural
Circulation, Water tube, Natural Gas Fired Boiler. The Turbine (Output
6000KW, Steam pressure 30barG, Exhaust pressure1.5barG) and Generator
(Output 7500KVA,Voltage-11KV, Speed-1500RPM) suppliers are M/S
SHINKO and TOYODENKI, Japan respectively.

Location: Isanager, Karnafully Thana, Patiya, Chittagong.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervised the erection of Boiler, Turbine, Compressor, Cooling Tower,

Generator, WTP plant, along with the help of suppliers and also matching the
materials as per packing list and invoice.
Perfectly completed the alignment of all mechanical items, making IsoMetric drawing by free hand for pipe line and also checked all pipe line and all
valve according to PID.
Valve tuning done properly of Forbes Marshall Control valve i.e. Atemperator
TCV-1(Supply pressure 3.5 bar, Function-Open), 30%FCV(Supply pressure
3.5 bar, Function-Close)100%FCV(Supply pressure 4 bar, FunctionClose,)CBD LCV(Supply pressure 3.5 bar, Function-Open) De-aerator

Marshall Electro-Pneumatic Positioner and also Pneumatic line.
Properly installed Steam trap, Orifice (Gas and Water line) in this boiler with
the help of Forbes Marshall Engineer and PID also.
Checked properly position of Slum Shut off valve, Turbine meter for
Regulatory Metering Station (RMS) of Gas line and Trained on Operation and
Maintenance of Gas system at site by Emerson Gas Company.
All pipe joints are checked by DPT method, Radiographic test and find out
many more defects by those method.
Setting of all safety valves, Air fuel ratio, Main gas control valve, Level switch
(high high and low low), Damper, analysis of expansion (X, Y and Z
Dimension) of boiler house.
Maintain the operation from SCADA system and always checked the Boiler
parameter, Burner parameter etc. and also Smoothly operation of Boiler by
DCS.
Communication Gap reduced to zero between Boiler house and Turbine house.
Closely monitoring on Synchronizing panel.
Trained on Burner Management System (BMS) at site.
Knowledge on Safety Management.
Generator Servicing (Caterpillar-1025KVA, FG Wilson-400KVA, VISA400KVA).
Maintenance for smoothly production (routine, preventive, & breakdown).
Regular Maintaining the Log sheets, Trend analysis and Performance analysis.
Regular report to GM.

Previously completed the erection of S. Alam Refined Sugar Heavy Industry

Limited as an Executive Engineer from 1st December 2005 to 27th February
2007.The capacity of this Sugar Refinery is 900 Ton Per Day. The Sugar Plant
supplier is M/S SUTECH Engineering Company Limited, Thailand.
