GENERAL RULES
Organization
NICONEX 2011- INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION FAIR is organized by SENEXPO INTERNATIONAL FAIRS INC.
Interpretation
In this terms of general regulations
-Organizer means
SENEXPO INTERNATIONAL FAIRS INC.
-Exhibitor means, company which dully signed,
stamped and made the full payment for the
exhibition.
Application Form
Application must be made upon Application Form returned to the Organizer's Office with the appropriate signature and stamp. Space allocation is subject to the receipt of a completed Application
Form. The application form that Organizer provides must be filled in correctly. It must be completed in full compliance with the Organizer's instructions, and must not contain any additional rules,
regulations, or conditions. Exhibitors must send the Application Form, payment and initial deposit to Organizer's office all together before the deadline established by the organizer.
By signing the application form, Exhibitors undertake to display at NICONEX 2011- INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION FAIR at the allocated stands and accept,
without reserve, their General Regulations and any supplementary regulations that may be issued, at any moment, by the Organizer.
Organizer is free to accept or reject the application of the Exhibitor. Organizer has a right to cancel the space allocation if the participation price is not paid.
Furthermore, Organizer has a right to dismiss participation of the Exhibitor, who acts against the regularities and the means of the organization, commercial customs or the law of Turkish Republic.
If the exhibitor prevent the actions of the adjacent stands or damage them, organizer can take a decision unilaterally. The rules that are mentioned in this paragraph are obligatory and the exhibitors
who break these rules can not demand indemnification.
Liability of Parties
-Liabilities of parties are bounded by the amount mentioned in the application form. Organizer has a right to demand interest if the application price is not paid.
-Exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy of the data given in the application form.
-This application form provides location for only one exhibitor. Exhibitor is not allowed to share his/her own area or hand over his/her own area to someone else without giving any written notice
to the organizer and taking the written approval of the organizer.
-By signing this application form, exhibitor declares to make full payment not later than the deadline, specified by organizer.
-If any disputes occurred between the parties, by signing this application form, both sides approve to recognize Turkish Jurisdiction system.
-For domestic exhibitors, it will be related Courts and dept collecting departments located in Istanbul
Payment
The above mentioned payment for space and initial deposit must be paid via Bank Transfer. In order to transfer the above mentioned amounts, exhibitors can use the bank account details below:

After making payment to the related account exhibitors obliged to send the copy of bank transfer order to organizer's office by fax.
Compulsory Insurance
The organizer and the owner of the buildings in which the exhibition is to be held decline all liability in respect of loss, destruction of or damage to equipment and merchandise owned by the
exhibitors resulting from the theft or fire or from any other cause. They shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the exhibitors as a result of a defect in the buildings caused
by fire, storms, hurricanes, lightening, civilian unrest, war, trade union actions, strikes and lock-outs, explosions, accidents, unforeseeable circumstances or any other event beyond their control.
In addition, they shall not hold responsible from the damages in the stands because of the incidents stated above, and from the personal accidents of exhibitors. The exhibitors agree to the above and
undertake to insure the contents of their stand and all related equipment and materials. In addition to that, it depends on the exhibitors themselves to provide their own individual insurance.
Cancellation
Exhibitors who are not able to participate in NICONEX 2011 fair who wishes to cancel its participation or to reduce the amount of allocated space(reduction being treated as cancellation of
part of the space), and who provide proof of this impossibility, can ask the Organizer to cancel the undertaken commitment by forwarding a written request by Registered letter with return receipt,
which must arrive, at least 30 days before official opening days of the exhibition, to the Organizer's office. This letter must list the reasons for cancellation. Even if the exhibitor has justifiable reasons
for the cancellation, 50% of total amount will be returned after reducing taxes, the registration fee, and the additional expenditures. Except for what is provided for in this point, any expenses that are
made, up to cancellation date are the full responsibility of Exhibitors, as well as compensation for any further damages.
Services Included In The Fees
The following services are included in the attendance fee and registration fee in possible scales:
-Listing in the official NICONEX 2011 catalogue and internet site.
-A copy of printed catalogue for each stand.
-Suitable amount of official fair invitation according to the size of the exhibitor's stand.
-Technical assistance for Exhibitors during the exhibition and during the setting up and dismantling period.
-General security surveillance of exhibition halls and general fire prevention.
-Cleaning of the exhibition stands.
Displayed Products
Exhibitors will be able to display any products, which they manufacture and/or those for which exhibitors are representatives or agents, at the allocated exhibition stand. However, it is forbidden to
display products or advertising material of any type that falsifies brands or patents belonging to other exhibitors. It is also forbidden to display products that do not comply with current legislation.
On this matter, the organizer reserves the right to ask exhibitors for any necessary explanation and to ensure, at any moment that any products or advertising material infringing the aforesaid
obligations be withdrawn immediately.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure or due to any circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, the date of the exhibition may be changed or the exhibition itself may even be canceled.
