Job Summary:
Manage and lead the implementation of reliability services and solutions. Will work as an integral member of the project team,
and communicate effectively with clients and internal resources. Oversee all aspects of the implementation, including change
management, to ensure successful utilization of the product and knowledge transfer.

Client Management
Customer Liaison - Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify issues and needs and evaluate business solutions.
Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
Manage all aspects of the project:
Effectively understands reliability methodologies and enforces project implementation standards.
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Manages our exposure and risk on project.
Enforces Scope Change Management Policies
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Project Plan
Functional specification and scope definition
Deliverables and milestones
Project budget
Project status report and meetings

Communication
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
Holds regular status meetings with project team.
Keeps project team well informed of changes and meetings with client management and steering committee meetings
and updates.
Technical Understanding
Understands different areas of application programming, database and system design.
Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
Possesses a thorough understanding of our capabilities. Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the

potential application.
Required Experience
Qualifications:
Seven to Ten (7-10) years, or more, project management experience, with multinational companies
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Risk and Issues Management skills.
Problem solving skills.
Have experience with refining, petrochemical, gas, or metals industries is a plus.
Engineering degree, or related field, is a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.
Familiarity with reliability methodologies (RCM, RBI, RCA, SIS, etc) is a plus.
Ability travel domestically and internationally, at least 50%.
Other Languages of European Union is an advantage
