Job Description

Warehouse worker
-

Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials;


packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.

Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing


requests.

Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and
workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations.

Completes reports by entering required information.

Logistic
-

Able to handle full set of shipping documents Invoice, D/O, Packing List, and
Custom Forms.
- Familiar with custom operations.
- To liaise, follow up and resolve detail/status with the internal customer service
department, custom officer, forwarding agent and other who are involved in the
shipment and custom clearance matters for incoming or outgoing
delivery/shipment.
- Maintain proper records and documents filing
Programmer
- Developing and maintaining applications, adherence to development processes
and agreed time lines
- Prepare system implementation plans
- Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards
- Trains users in implementation of systems
- Provide technical support for users of systems
Software engineer
- To debug and perform second level support
- To develop migration tool and ViewPoint utilities
- Tests new programs, tools and techniques for acceptability, usability, work as
documented and make recommendations as necessary
- To keep track of the latest technologies and apply them effectively
System analyst

Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and


processes.

Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.

Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with


programmers.

Validates results by testing programs.

Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.

Provides reference by writing documentation.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading


professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in
professional organizations.

Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing

Facility engineer

A facility engineer is responsible for the design and maintenance of the facility,

Maintenance engineer
- Maintenance Engineering is the discipline and profession of applying engineering

Quantity Surveyor

Legal Clerk ( Conveyancing Clerk)

To support the Head of Department in the management of the secretarial


workload, ensuring that the priorities of the department are met.

To support Conveyancers in the production of files by typing dictated work as


directed.

To support Conveyancers in the maintenance of files by effective file


management.

To assist Conveyancers in the management of case-load by dealing with file


related queries either face to face or by telephone.

To ensure that clients are dealt with efficiently and politely and that appropriate
legal matters are raised with the Conveyancer.

To assist in general office administration and in the locating of files when


necessary.

To transmit correspondence by fax machine and undertake photocopying when


necessary.

To answer internal telephone calls efficiently and politely and take messages, as
necessary.

To ensure that all internal methods, systems, policies and procedures are adhered
to.

To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum
supervision.

Secretary (certificate ISCA)

Works generally for the whole company or department.

Perform duties such as typing, computer processing, and scheduling for an


executive. They usually work at desks with computers in offices.

Personal Assistant (PA)

Responsible for screening incoming calls, checking emails, reviewing


documentation, sending mail, doing research, scheduling reservations, booking
meetings, etc.
