This book talks about how one journey can change the life of someone. There are eight stories
which have in common situations that allow us to learn how one think will make the difference.
The Way Home: Alex had a handsome husband who was a successful writer of films. She traveled
a lot because she was a buyer. One day when she was travelling she knew to an attractive man.
This man invited to her to stay in the same hotel and she agreed. There she was unfaithful with
her husband. Therefore she went to childhood house to take decision about her situation.
Betrayal could happen so easily, thats why more and more people have extramarital relations
recently. But, its really hard to find something that good, and really easy to lose it. Just consider
pro and con, and then keep what you really love.
The Nature of Truth: Annie was a successful writer and she met an old friend, Jane, when she was
on the train traveling to Bologna. Jane started talking her and Annie was interested in Janes story.
Jane had the boyfriend in collage and they soon got married after graduated. At first, they had a
happy life, but one year later, Janes husband had extramarital relations and divorced with Jane.
Nobody knows about the future. Sometimes we think that something will be forever but nothing is
secure.
Just the facts: Reporter was Lisas first job and now she was going to write an article about Gary
who killed a judgment in town and Gary was sentenced to death. However, Gary said he didnt kill
that man. All of Lisas associates thought prisoners always emphasized they were innocent, so
Lisas boss just wanted her to write an article about how bad Gary was. Actually, Gary wasnt the
murder; the real killer was the judgments daughter. However, its too late because Gary had been
sentenced to death.
Nowadays there are many similar cases because people that have power can do everything for
defending themselves. Dont matter how many people they affect they always want to win.
Winter in the Desert: the woman, Lee, picked up a stranger, Jed, and saved his life in the desert.
But soon she discovered this stranger was a killer, who killed her unfaithful husband.
It was relief that you have when you find something precious you thought youd lost, after a long
search, you find cool, sweet water in the desert.

The Knowledge: A man called himself Bruce Lee taught to a taxi driver, Ricky, the real meaning
of fighting. Ricky found his wife had another man. Ricky was too angry and felt like killing that
man, but called what Bruce taught him. He rethought his life and his ambition, he didnt want just
be a taxi driver. He entered a collage, and then ran his own business.
The majority of our life we think that we have learned enough about it. However, sometimes the
life taught us with difficult situations, so it is never too old to learn.
Fifteen hundred words: Abi was a film writer; she used to created thrill story. One day, she took a
bus with her boyfriend. They met a poor man begged for a toonie. Abi gave him right away, but
her boyfriend was ruffled and hit that beggar. All the passengers in the bus sympathized with that
old man. Abi soon broke up with her boyfriend and wrote these things into a story, a fifteen words
story. A bus drive changed her life and work forever.
It can be slow and insistent, like waves on rock. Until one day the rock is no longer there.
North Sea Eyes: At the first sight when Harry saw Ria, who was a tram driver with beautiful eyes,
which the exact color of the North Sea. Harry followed her and saw her from a distance from time
to time. Until one day, he found that Ria was a different girl, very different. Actually, she was a
man
It is important to know well to a person because we often trust the stranger.
End Point: Joe was very upset because his boss had scored him, so he took a train to Austin for
escaping to hurt to his wife. He arrived at a motel. There were three people whom have different
backgrounds there. While he entered the motel, the clerk at reception said that the motel was full,
something inside Joe broke. He was out of sort. He went crazy, shooting everyone dead.
I think that maybe it tells us accident could happen every time and everywhere. Like these people
didnt realize that the motel was their final destination, their end point. In sum, we should cherish
our time.
In a journey we can find out in some way in some place inside a mark that go with you
everywhere.
