If you are a first time user of ShiprRocket you might in rare case experience failure in pick up of your
shipment, this because your pick up location has to be identified by the local courier office a pick up location
and insert the same in their pick up routing.
Incase you are facing any issue with Pick up not happening on time and the same is an urgent situation you
should refer to the below mentioned chart and try contacting the central or local contact of the respective
courier company. You should consecutively also raise a support ticket on srs@kartrocket.com

General Information
1. 20 days are required for the activation of Blue Dart in your ShipRocket panel; this time frame is the requirement of Bluedart for client code generation in their systems
2. There are two types of Manual Pick up. A) On call Pick Up as stated up and other one is Regular Pick up. In Regular Pick up Set number of shipments to be picked everyday.
3. In Process when you call the call center kindly specify the Name, Address,, Contact No, City and State etc.
4. In case of Regular Pick up, kindly contact KartRocket at gopal.mishra@kartrocket.com
5. For Bluedart shipment the same reference number can be used the next day incase the shipment is not picked on same day
