Incident reporting it has been observed


that people are not reporting incidents.
Walls are found broken, vehicles are
seen dented etc, yet no reports are
presented.

Non reporting of incidents is against the


Mining Regulation (L.I.2182). Culprits could
face hasher disciplinary actions.

Ebenezer Awuah (Mining), Bukari Osumanu (Process Maintenance) and Ellis K. Koneku (HR) were drawn as winners of
the near miss incentive award for March 2014.
