Outline of risk assessment
Summary of what is proposed in
terms of sequences and set ups.
In order to avoid any risks from occurring in our film set, we will be following a set of guidelines to prevent
any risks or harm against any of the actors. For example; we planned to remove any unwanted objects that
may harm our actors.
Our 4 main characters are mostly at risk as they are prominent in our movie. The minor characters are
involved in the beginning part of our movie.
Name
The locations that will be used in our movie are the corridor, library, stairs, classrooms and rooftop. These
locations have many risks which can harm our characters.

Control measures
Our characters need to be careful and ensure that they know which step they are standing
on. This would help prevent any incidents from occurring.

Scene 4:
Rooftop
Possible
We need to ensure that it is not raining when we decide to film and that the floor is dry, this
will lessen the chance of our characters slipping and falling.
Wearing heels
Possible
She will need to practice wearing heels and when the heels are not being shown in the film
she can change into more comfortable footwear.

Scene 6 & 7:
Dark room
Possible
To minimise this risk we plan to shorten the cloak with grips. This would prevent our
character to hurt themselves.

In order for our character to be safe, we plan to remove any objects that would be in Karimas
way, for example: when she enters the classroom, there are tables and chairs which we plan
to remove.
Unlikely
Furthermore, through the use of practice we aim for our characters to learn the route of our
settings well to avoid bumping into doors in the corridors.
Possible
To minimise the hazard, it is important that we ensure that the rooms are free from clutter and
any small objects that can harm our character.
In order to protect our character from harm, we plan to remove any objects that may be inside
the dark room. This would minimise the risk of harm that may happen to our character. We
will also be in the room to supervise any possible risks.
