Abstract: nowadays the contraband goods categories as a basic dilemma of the fruits of illegal underground
economy and public concern that in the wake of the disastrous influences, and in addition to the production and
domestic industries, the closure of a number of factories and disrupting the country's economic network has
been the cause. The smuggling of goods in terms of non-payment of taxes and customs rights and consequently
the price cheaper than domestic goods, production and employment and come in the national threat is put on the
one hand this phenomenon to turn over the most important social institution family Association is useless.
Objectives: This article reviews the legal opinion and the trafficking of cultural influences, family, social and
economic.
Method: the research method for libraries based on existing texts. Findings: According to a survey of us goods
