Teacher Performance
This study aims at evaluating the performance of management education Lamerd city was based on the
Excellence Model. Study is descriptive - survey and the target type are applied. Population consisted of 550
teachers in the school year 2013-2014 is Lamerd city using a stratified random sample of 240 subjects were
enrolled. Instruments included a self-made questionnaire organization excellence model is based on
elements of its validity was confirmed by experts and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.81 was calculated.
The results generally showed Lamerd city education in leadership and performance components, business
processes, personnel management, and the situation is not ideal but at policy initiatives and strategies are
adequate.
1. Introduction
Every society needs to realize the goals of their organizations. Among these educational organizations, particularly due to the expansion of education,
and its importance in the development of unique and all-round development of cultural, economic, social, and political community are extremely
important [1].
One of the challenges facing education systems in the new millennium is expected that the quality of education, ensuring beneficiary groups and
ensure that this concept, is [5]. According to the basic mission of the education system the development of these systems is essential for both the
quantitative and qualitative significance. And this is only consistent with the assessment of performance using a variety of techniques will be
possible. One method of evaluating the performance of organizations is EFQM organization excellence model [6]. Excellence Model as a framework
for evaluating the performance and measure the success of the application of modern management systems has been increasing. This model as a
common language to compare the performance and success of organizations is used [2]. EFQM Excellence Model is a non-prescriptive framework
based on nine criteria. Five criteria are "powerful instrument" and four standards "results" are. Criteria "enabler" what does an organization covered
by the criteria "of" what a company earns covers. "Results" disabled "formidable instruments" and "powerful instrument" using feedback from
'Results' is respectively [7]. Organizations of excellence have leaders who have a clear direction for your organization to identify and provide. Hence,
given that the Excellence Model as a systematic framework for evaluating the performance of organizations is [4] According to the characteristics
and quality assessment organization excellence [8] is; this study seeks to answer the question that the city Lamerd Education EFQM organization
excellence using the model is how?
Research has also been done in this area, including:
Rahmati (2007) Raja Passenger Performance organization excellence Model using a 15 by 60 community assessment and data and their data using a
questionnaire in the form of library and field research conducted and concluded that the company's performance score Raja Passenger 32/194 of 1000

all factors are favorable conditions enabling the model.
Terry (2005) using the excellence model self-assessment procedure on the fifth public university in Spain based on a study done and has concluded
that the process of self-assessment forms t be done carefully this process can be used as a powerful tool for the continuous improvement of the
standards of positive information collected may be used.
Valjo and Snaho (2003 and 2005) in a research study entitled Improving the quality of psychiatric care in general hospitals in Madrid through
organization excellence Model this results achieved excellence model is a useful framework for identifying areas for improvement.
They have also stated that the 32 criteria that pattern, only one criterion was not used in the evaluation of hospital and the rating of the hospital in
2003, 209 in 2005 and 311 points have been estimated. Muller (2001), using the experiences of excellence approach to assessment has concluded that
the German hospital and the Organizational Excellence Model 1000 rating points between 201 up to 250 earned more hospitals.

Methodology
This research in term of purpose is applied and in term of methods is data collection and descriptive - survey. Community - Data consisted of all city
teachers Lamerd to 550 people in the 2013-2014 academic years. Then, using stratified random sampling, 240 students were selected as sample. Data
in this study, the questionnaire will be used to model organization excellence. Validity was confirmed by experts and its conclusion using alpha 0.81
was calculated. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics.

Findings
Question 1: how is status of leadership and performance management of teachers' education Lamerd city schools to achieve their goals based on the
EFQM Excellence Model criteria?

The data contained in Table 1 shows that the subjects of leadership and performance criteria at the following expressions have minimal to very much.
The first component (29.6), the second component (50.8), the third component (51.3), the fourth component (52.5), the fifth component (51.3) and
sixth sub-components (28.3) is calculated.
Question 2: how are state Policies and Strategies in Management Education Lamerd city from the perspective of teachers to achieve their goals based
on the EFQM Excellence Model criteria?
The data contained in Table 2 shows that the condition subject standard policies and strategies, the following expressions have minimal to very
much. Below the first component (28.3), the second component (34.2), under the third component (52.1), the fourth component (44.2), the fifth
component (35.0) and sixth sub-components (49.2) is calculated.
Question 3: how is status of management staff in management education Lamerd city from the perspective of school administrators to realize their
goals based on the EFQM organization excellence model criteria?

(34.6), the second component (32.5), the third component (31.7), the fourth component (31.3), the fifth component (34.6) and sixth sub-components
(35.4), is calculated.

conclusions
The results of this study show that the subjects of leadership and performance criteria at the following expressions have minimal to very much. The
first component (29.6), the second component (50.8), the third component (51.3), the fourth component (52.5), the fifth component (51.3) and sixth
sub-components (28.3) is calculated.
Thus it can be inferred that the two components according to the mission and ideals of education leaders and the availability of teachers and key
personnel when needed in management education city Lamerd no sense.
However, other components are in good condition. The findings of the research results Rahmati (2007), Terry (2005), Valjo and Snaho (2003 and
2005) are not concordant. The results of this study show that the subjects' condition following criteria policies and strategies have been minimal to
say too much. The first component (28.3), the second component (34.2), the third component (52.1), the fourth component (44.2), the fifth
component (35.0) and sixth sub-components (49.2) is calculated. As you can see elements of decisions taken in the review and evaluation, identifies
and analyzes strategic objectives and process of strategic planning than the other components should be considered. The results of this study, the
results of a Dashti Zadeh (2004) are consistent. In this respect, the investigation found improper alignment. The results of this study show that the
participants at the following minimal standards of employee management to have so much expression. The first component (37.1), the second
component (35.4), the third component (40.8), the fourth component (34.6), the fifth component (35.4) and sixth sub-components (28.8), is
calculated. As you can see - it is not an ideal situation, all components of the research question. It shows a city employee management education
Lamerd no sense. The results of this study, the results of a Dashti Zadeh (2004) are consistent. In this respect, the investigation found improper
alignment.
