Skills

Exceptional Communicator, able to quickly read and write technical specifications and
documentation, as well as hold telephone conferences with project staff
Ability to think-on-your-feet, adapt as situations change and make the best possible decisions with
the information at-hand
MUST work well with others
Good leadership potential and an ability to keep meetings on track, on time, and on target
Good time manager, able to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines
Familiarity with main types of software development life cycles (waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, etc)
preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

Responsibilities:

Develop project scope, schedule, and requirements; and generate technical documents for
developers to execute
Act as professional liaison between executive project management and development team
Generate cost/benefit analyses and business impact analyses for executive leadership
Responsibly set up and host regular conference meetings between relevant developer and project
management teams to keep projects on track and within budget
Manage/process changes to project scope and communicate feasibility and budget impacts to
executive project leadership
Develop final project write-ups and documentation (technical & user)
