For the past fifteen years (1999-2014), I have owned, managed and operated three Togos
Eateries in San Franciscos East Bay. Prior to Togos, I was employed for fifteen years
(1984-1999) by Graham Advertising in Walnut Creek, CA. Graham Advertising is one
of the leading regional and local automotive advertising and marketing agencies in the
United States.

Responsible for all aspects of the business including; managing, hiring, training,
scheduling, purchasing, complying with food service regulations, employment
laws and accounting for a staff of 45+ employees.
Led employees in delivering excellent food while providing outstanding customer
service.
Tailored our training program to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing
profitability.
Improved performance of all three stores resulting in the Award of Excellence
by the franchisor, Allied Domecq.
Successfully managed payroll and expenses throughout the duration.
Emphasized supporting/serving the local community through youth sports and

Graham Advertising Vice President 1984-1999
In 1984 Graham was a two person local agency with billings under $1MM. I assisted to
expand the agency to four offices and billings over $24MM.

Vice President of regional office working in unison with General Motors and their
dealer associations.
Developed multimedia campaigns for new product launches in coordination with
General Motors U.S. and Ford of Canada.
Coordinated marketing efforts with General Motors and dealer associations to
meld national brand and local marketing strategies.
Assisted account team who presented to General Motors resulting in becoming
the only dual (Pontiac and Chevrolet) approved regional agency.
Directly responsible for account management, business development and human
resources management.
Developed communications network to inform 100+ member dealer associations
of marketing plans and strategies.
Worked with numerous automotive dealers to plan and create television, radio,
print and direct response advertising for their local markets.
