MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 011-2013

APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR ACCREDITATION OF THE
HEREUNDER ENUMERATED NGOs AND POs IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
GUINOBATAN, ALBAY PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 64 OF THE IRR OF R.A.
7160.

WHEREAS, the hereunder enumerated NGOs and POs have submitted to the
Sangguniang Bayan the necessary and essential documents for accreditation
for membership in the local special bodies of the local government of
Guinobatan, Albay, to wit:

WHEREAS, Article 64 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act
No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, sets the
Procedures and Guidelines for Accrediting Nongovernmental Organizations
(NGOs) and Peoples Organizations (POs);
WHEREAS, the above-mentioned NGOs and POs are now requesting that they join the
roster of accredited NGOs and POs in the Municipality of Guinobatan,
Albay, which requests are found to be meritorious;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in
session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves, the application for
accreditation of the above-enumerated NGOs and POs in the Municipality
of Guinobatan, Albay.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Offices of the
Municipal Mayor, the Department of the Interior and Local Government
(DILG), the GFFO and the GUILLIPOJODA, for their information and
guidance.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY on motion of Councilor Juris L. Villareal and duly
seconded by the members present this 11th day of March, 2013 during their
10th Regular Session.
