Work Experience:
A dynamic professional with more than Eight years of enriched expertise in the area of Projects,
Installation, Errection & Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance & Plant Operations
Presently working with Atrak Pulp and Paper Industries, Iran (Norecom GmBH Group) as an
Instrumentation and Control Engineer from Dec 2007 till date and responsible for installation,
servicing & control of instrument. It is 250 tons /day capacity multy layer machine with online
coating machine fully automated machine with ABB DCS & QCS.
Achievement: Involved right from design stage to final Commissioning. Involving installation and
commissioning of Complete Instrumentation system comprising all type of field Instrumentation
(Transmitters/ Control Valves). Marshalling panels, I/O Testing with the ABB commissioning Engineers.

Organizational Experience:
Worked for AL-OBEIKAN PAPER INDUSTRY, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as an Instrumentation
Engineer from 1st August 2005 to 15th October 2007.The project consists of 5 lines Of Stock
Preparation (Kraft pulp, mixed waste paper, old corrugated cartoons, office mixed paper & old
newsprint).The paper machine is equipped with 5 fourdriners (wire table), a press section
including one shoe press, a 68 drying cylinder, 4 coating station and 5 Quality control scanners.
Its capacity is 545 tons per day, online coating plant supplied by Han sol, Korea with ABB
AC800M DCS and QCS AC450M and gas engines of 36MW capacity, each engine of capacity 3mw
(12x3), supplied by GE electrical and heat recovery boilers supplied by Thermax.
Achievement: Successfully Commissioned the project ,which includes Scanners and Devronizer
for CD moisture control and MD basis weight control with ABB QCS AC 450.Involved in
installation and commissioning of Instrumentation system ,all type of field instruments
(Transmitter/control valves/sensors etc).Marshalling panels, I/O Testing, cable scheduling
,calibration of smart instruments thru Hart communicator.
Worked for Sree Rayalaseema Alkalis & Allied Chemicals, Gondhiparla, Kurnool ,Andhra

Pradesh, India as an Instrumentation Engineer for a period of FOUR AND HALF YEARS and was
responsible for Maintenance and Trouble shooting of DCS system for 41.5 MW power plant and
also Chemical plant.
Achievement: Successfully erection and commissioned the high pressure boilers of 50 Tons/Hr
@ 35 kg/cm2 (Make: KCP with DCS automation of ABB) and 45 Tons/Hr High pressure boiler of
60 kg/cm2 (Make: HLL with DCS automation of MTL). Worked in erection and commissioning of
15 MW turbine (Make: BTH, England with DCS Automation of ABB) and 25 MW turbines (Make:
SIEMENS, Germany with DCS automation of MTL). With fully control by ABB DCS 2000
Freelance.

designing maintenance (preventive & predictive) strategies, procedures and methods

Preparing reports and takes corrective action to ensure minimal budgetary variance.

Developing specifications for installation and commissioning of instruments for

optimizing instrument performance.

Prepare documents, technical specifications and scope of work, list of materials and
drawings for contractors.

Implementing training and orientation program for new comers.

Training Experience:

Received site training for QCS system through Italian commissioning engineers, got
good exposure to trouble shoot the system at down times.

I have undergone Four Weeks training in Process Instrumentation and Control from
Advanced Training Institute for Electronics and Process Instrumentation,
Ramanthapur, Hyderabad.
