Event Highlights
The Real Estate Rendezvous at Taj Vivanta, Bangalore on 8th -9th December 2014
represented the largest segment of real estate developers, consultants, architects
across south India. Solution providers from across India with various active projects
were present to cater to the procurement heads of top companies showcasing their
products on and off stage. With the expertise flown in from various parts of the
country, the Real Estate Rendezvous 2014 was a successful deal flow platform. It
included a dynamic collection of strategic solution providers and consultants,
procurement heads as well as architects contributing towards making the Real
Estate Rendezvous 2014 a powerful lead generation tool. Interactive business
sessions, world class solutions and industry-leading authoritative figures made this
event a grand success driving revenue, productivity and value creation.
UBM launched its new report, the Real Estate Redefined- BOQ Dossier at the
event, which highlights the significant growth opportunities and benefits that can be
expected for the building materials segment derived through an intensive research
study from the Bills of Quantities covering all four states from South India.
The day one was inaugurated by the CREDAI Karnataka President, Mr. Nagraj
Reddy, CMD Zonasha Estates & Projects. The lamp lighting was graced by Mr. Ravi
Shankar, Vice President - Marketing Sujana Metal Products Limited, Mr. Ravikiran
Rao, AVP & Head Marketing - Construction Materials Business Jindal Steel and Power
Limited, Mr. T M Suresh Kumar, Chief General Manager Marketing Bharathi Cement
Corporation Limited and Mr. Ravi Saneja, Sr. Group Director UBM India Limited.
Following that was the knowledge sharing session with event partners discussing the
factors that impacted the industry in the past year and the changes they desire to
implement. Key event partners were Jindal Steel and Power ltd, Bharathi Cements
Ltd, Philips, Canon India, Everest industries. The audience was very proactive and
took advantage of these sessions. A very agile day was concluded with cocktails
giving the participants an informal networking opportunity.
The day two was a game changer with the REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust)
discussion that inspired the audience to change their future investment plans. With
the highest-level movers and shakers of the real estate world, and greatly influential
moguls, the Real Estate Rendezvous 2014 was a league different from the rest.
