Land O'Lakes Land (Jail), A Reasonable Response

This letter is in reference to your posted article entitled: Jailed woman rejects U.S. authority, cites
Moorish Science Temple. I cannot help feel that your exposition of the accused, Zurj-Bey, lends
itself towards a particular bias and prejudice that is unsavory in your field as a professional
journalist. Is it not a universally accepted principle that one of the duties/codes of the journalist
is to write the facts and remain neutral in his opinions? Or has journalism changed to allow
writers opinions to salt the thinking of the reader? I am curious as to whether a prestigious school
like the Cronkite School of Journalism would allow such latitude. Your thoughts?
I feel it quite impressive that Mike Wilson and Joe Childs, the Managing Editor and Senior Editor
respectively, would allow you 1) three pages of distorted messages for the public to read, 2) to
make or solicit legal conclusions based on unsubstantiated allegations and hearsay, and 3)
to portray Zurj-Bey as some right-winged fanatic hell-bent on crippling the government
through some alleged acts of terrorism and/or tax protesting. What really is the purpose of your
article when there are bigger stories to print? What is the message you want your (Moorish)
readers to hear?
You write well. I assume this is your writing and not of someone within or from your agency.
Therefore, I can only assume that you know the temerity of your language/exposition and its
intent for public consumption. You therefore are without excuse unless of course someone else
wrote this article and assigned your name. Whatever is the case, you remain liable unless of
course you amend it with the facts.
Allow me to ask you a few questions (to which I relish your responses);
1) What are the facts of the situation?
a. Did not officers stop and arrest Zurj-Bey while she was traveling in her car?
YES or NO
b. Were these officers in uniform, wearing a badge, and carrying a weapon
(gun)? YES or NO
c. Was Zurj-Bey harming anyone at the time of the stop and arrest? YES or NO
d. Were you or anyone in the geographical boundaries of FLORIDA harmed or
caused harm by Zurj-Bey and/or by the fact that she was not driving with a
license or a non-suspicious car tag? YES or NO
e. Was Zurj-Bey using her car as a weapon to destroy property or cause harm to
a man, woman, or child? YES or NO
f. Is there the preponderance of evidence that Zurj-Bey has a duty to pay a tax
and obtain a state-issued drivers license? YES or NO (If so, what facts will
you submit to support your evidence?)

the traffic laws/statutes of the STATE OF FLORIDA and/or TAMPA? YES or NO
(If so, what facts will you submit to support your evidence?)
Is not the nature of a traffic violation a civil offense? YES or NO
If a traffic violation is a civil offense, is there a preponderance of evidence
that the violation is of the nature of either a TORT or a BREACH OF CONTRACT?

If Zurj-Bey is in fact free as she claims, does the state government have a right
to compel her and others to obtain a license? YES or NO
If you answered YES to question (j), then is FREEDOM in your mind
synonymous with COMPULSION? YES or NO
Is not COMPULSION synonymous with SLAVERY? YES or NO
Does your government compel you to obtain a license to travel? YES or NO
If government compels you, then are not you a SLAVE?
Is there the preponderance of evidence that Zurj-Bey has to or has a duty to
be a US citizen? YES or NO (If so, what facts will you submit to support your
evidence? Then what is the big deal about US citizenship?)
Does a man or woman who is free need to ask for permission to change his or
her name? YES or NO
Do not children (minors/wards) need to ask for permission to do anything? YES
or NO
Then are children free to do as they please? YES or NO
Are you therefore a child that need ask for permission to travel? YES or NO
Is Zurj-Bey imprisoned of an allege debt she owes? YES or NO
If you answered YES to (t), is this not contrary to Article 1, Sections 10 & 11 of
the FLORIDA Constitution? YES or NO
Did Zurj-Bey show up (appear) in court on Nov. 19, 2013? YES or NO
Did Gardner send Zurj-Bey away on Nov. 19, 2013? YES or NO
Did Gardner issues a warrant against Zurj-Bey for failing to appear in court?
YES or NO
Did Zurj-Bey, eight days later, return to the court to file paperwork to stop
further harassment of Gardner and the police? YES or NO
Did the officers arrest, detain, and imprison Zurj-Bey against her will and over
her objections? YES or NO
Did Zurj-Bey give her consent for the officers to arrest, detain, and imprison
her? YES or NO (If no consent was given, then is the use of force implied?)
At the time of the arrest, did the officers suspect Zurj-Bey was guilty of some
type of criminal and malicious behavior? YES or NO

2) So let us examine the FACTS as stated in your article:

a. On Sept. 27, officers use force and threat to stop and arrest Zurj-Bey while she
was traveling North on US 41.
b. Officers were in uniform, wore badges, and carried a sidearm.
c. Zurj-Bey had placed no one (public) in harms way.

d. Zurj-Bey identified herself by handing the Officers identification papers.

e. Officers searched Zurj-Beys car.
f. Officers found information that they believe was the factual identity of the
accused, Zurj-Bey.
g. Officers used such information to identify Zurj-Bey as Burden in spite her
having already identified herself as Zurj-Bey.
h. Officers came to a legal conclusion that Zurj-Bey failed to identify herself.
i. Officers came to a legal conclusion that Zurj-Bey was a driver.
j. Zurj-Bey shows up (appears) for a Nov. 19 court date for the allege Sept. 26
traffic violation.
k. Zurj-Bey said she appeared as the representative of Burden, a deceased
person.
l. Judge Gardner dismisses Zurj-Bey from the courtroom.
m. Judge Gardner issued a warrant for the arrest of Zurj-Bey for her (Burden)
failing to appear.
n. Eight days later, officers use force to arrest, detained, and imprisoned ZurjBey as she attempted to file paperwork on her behalf.
o. Officers and judge use force to arrest, detain, and imprison Zurj-Bey against
her will and over her objections.
p. Officers and judge use force, threat, and coercion in order to subject ZurjBey to their control (jurisdiction).
q. Officers and judge are the instigators of a criminal act otherwise punishable
if you or I did likewise.

3) Let us take a closer look at the facts as presented in your article:

Strip the officers of their costumes and badges (uniforms) and look at what is happening in
reality, not Land O'Lakes Land. Are they not in reality just a bunch a street thugs forcibly
hijacking an innocent woman who was minding her business and causing no harm to her fellow
man? Who violated whom? Who used force, threats, and violence?
Ok so you are not convinced and wish to remain in Land O'Lakes Land. Well would it be
ok if my friends and I did the same as these actors in costume, i.e., officers, to you, your
husband and children? Would our actions, or might our actions had we committed them
been perceived in your eyes as a criminal act of terrorism, a tort, a trespass, an extortion, a
kidnapping, a conspiracy, a battery, and a host of other terroristic acts used to force to compel
you, the victim, to conform to our demands? Do tell.
Take another look. Who really is in Land O'Lakes Land? Is it you, Lisa, or Zurj-Bey? Would you feel
warm fuzzies if me and my friends stopped (detained) you, your husband and children at
gunpoint on the road, forced you with threats to exit your car, handcuffed you and youre your
family (arrested), and hauled (kidnapped) you down to some cold, dark cage (jail) where we
interrogate and hold you all for some certain ransom (bail)? If not, then why is it ok if someone
dresses up in costume as the police, wearing a shiny badge, and does the same thing but
calls it an investigative stop and/or detention? What is the difference other than some political

label politicians spin their magic? (Really? Who really is living in Land O'Lakes Land? Reality to
Lisa. Come in.)
Does not Section 1, Article 1 of the FLORIDA Constitution states the following: Political power.
ALL political power is inherent in the people If the people created governments whose public
officers and officials serve the purpose of the people in a representative manner, tell me how
that which is created, i.e., government for the people, is greater than that which created it
the people. Do tell.
Moreover, if the so-called government has whatever authority its officers and officials may
claim it (they) possess, from whence come that authority except from the creator, the people?
(Are not all governments creations of people materially expressed on paper?) If then these
officers and officials are properly acting (conducting business) on the behalf of the people
and in their legitimate offices, is it not true that they can have no greater power/authority than
the creator the people? If true, there can be no grant, privilege, power, or immunity that
officers and officials have that the people do not share. If the people have no right,
power, immunity or authority to stop, arrest, and imprison at gunpoint a man, woman, or child
for whatever reason without their behavior ascertainable as criminal, then does it not make
sense that officers and officials cannot possess such powers also? Is the whole not equal to
the sum of its parts or in your world is it greater?
Lisa, either to your ignorance or arrogance I do not know your name is associated with an
article that draws both legal and irrational conclusions long before an innocent woman has
opportunity to 1) face her accusers, 2) have a fair trial, 3) have opportunity to cross-examine all
witnesses and evidence, 4) understand the nature and cause of the charges and action against
her, and 5) have access to other due processes of law. Is Zurj-Bey guilty until proven innocent or
innocent until proven guilty by the preponderance of factual evidence? You tell me, but before
you respond, consider yourself and family and respond accordingly as if you were Zurj-Bey.
Indeed, it appears you, Lisa, all are in Land O'Lakes Land. Zurj-Bey, however, is the only one
outside the judge - who sees clearly. Perhaps this letter sheds light on a dark place. Perhaps you
have eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to receive. Else, as Karma and the law of sowing
and reaping goes without some legislative act or the will (law) of some body politic, that which
you put out in the universe is what you will receive back, some thirty, some sixty, some hundred
fold. For with the same measure that you treat Zurj-Bey and others like her, so shall it return unto
you and all those who sought/seek to kill, steal, and plunder.
There is too much to cover here in this response to your article. Hence, I pause and await for
your response as a defense or acknowledgement. It matters not whether you respond, but I sure
hope you do. Nevertheless, you have planted your seeds through this article. We need only to
anticipate your harvest.

May your sowing reap a hundred fold and may you enjoy the fruit of your labor/planting.
