IP-IT is an Ipswich based firm of IT consultants who produce IT
solutions for medium sized businesses in the Suffolk area. They
would like a Spreadsheet based application which will monitor the
expenses that their employees incur when they need to travel to
the various organisations. At any one time there may be about 10
projects being worked on.
Each employee works on a particular project during the course of a
week. At the end of the week each employee submits a claim for
any expenses for particular projects under separate categories of
accommodation, meals, car miles and train travel.
