General Instructions to the candidates:-

1- The engagements are on purely job contract basis for specific work for the current academic session
2014-15.
2- Eligibility of a candidates and satisfaction of any other criteria shall be considered as on date of walkin- interview.
3- In case of any dispute/ ambiguity, if occurred, in the process of selection, the decision of the university
shall be final.
4- Minimum/Maximum age limit shall be as per UGC Guidelines..
5- The University reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without giving any
reason or may increase or decrease the number of posts.
6- Relaxation of 5% marks (from 55% to 50%) will be provided at the masters level in case of SC/ST
candidates for the post of Assistant Professor.
7- The candidates should bring their original certificates /marks- sheets for verification at the time of
walk-in interview.

Essential:
1. A degree in Ayurved from recognised university ( BAMS).
2. Post Graduate (MD/MS- Ayurveda) qualification in the concerned subject.
Experience:
A. Professor:
Total teaching experience of 10 years in concerned subject out of which 5 years as a Reader/Associate
Professor in concerned subject.
B. Associate Professor
Five years teaching experience as a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the concerned subject.
C. Assistant Professor
For post of Assistant Professor no teaching experience is required.
Application Fee:
Rs. 1500/- for general candidates and 1000/- for category candidates.
