Reminders:
ORAL CANCER WALK FUNDRAISER!
Wednesday January 14, 2015 at the Promenade Bar and Grill (344 3rd Ave) at 8:30pm.
10% of proceeds from the night will go to the Oral Cancer Walk.
There are drink specials, food specials, and raffle tickets!
Drink specials: $4 pint Millers/Coors, $15 pitchers, $5 well drinks, $5 house wine
Food specials: $ 2.50 sliders all night
Two-step schedule update for General Clinic sessions that begin on January 5, 2015.
Step 1: General Clinic is canceled for January 5-9.
Step 2: See new clinic times!
Course is being modified from 2 sessions every other week to 1 session every other week.
The days that you are assigned to attend won't change, but instead of being in clinic for both
morning sessions, you will only have 1 session.
Refer to attachment in email from Gretchen North for your new clinic time.

Initial Clinical Experience (ICE) in pediatric dentistry
Students must wear scrubs, closed toe shoes, bring safety glasses, and have their NYU ID before
arriving for attendance. Students failing to meet these requirements are subject to dismissal and
make-up rotations.
Meet in the Dental School lobby (Septodont Lecture Hall) at 8:15 a.m. to take attendance. From there
students will be assigned to either an off-site location or the Pediatric Dentistry Clinic on 9W.
Transportation will be provided to and from off-site locations.
ePortfolio and Peer Assessment web sites update Dr. Allen has been working on the issues with IT.

Note about the quizzes - to be held during the session
Suspicion of cheating in any way or form will be dealt with harshly.
That means immediate failure for the quiz or examination in question, followed by a referral
to the Peer Review Board for disciplinary action.
