    Invitation to 14th. FBE Conference in Germany

    The Burma Bureau e.V. Germany and Forum of Burmese in Europe, FBE Germany­Branch, have
    the pleasure to cordially invite you to the 14th. FBE Conference to be held in Germany as follows:

    ● 15.01.2010 (Friday): Arrival of the FBE delegates. Pick­up service will be arranged by the
    organizers at the Frankfurt Main Railway Station for those who ask
    for the service.
    ● 16.01.2010 (Sat): FBE Conference (Day 1), from 9.00 to 18.00 hour. Venue of the
    Conference: Buddhist Temple, Goethe Str.51, 63067 Offenbach am Main.
    ● 17.01.2010 (Sunday): FBE Conference (Day 2) from 9.00 to 18.00 hour
    Venue: the same venue, see FBE Day One.
    ● 18.01.2010 (Monday): Departure of the delegates.

    Please confirm your participation and send to us your confirmed travel itinerary as soon as
    possible, but not later than 20.12.2009.
    The Burma Bureau e.V. Germany is pleased to cover the expenses regarding accommodations and food
    as well as medical care during your stay in Offenbach/Frankfurt.
    If you need visa for Germany, please contact the German Embassy / Consulate in your residing country
    and kindly send to us the requirements for the visa application together with a copy of your valid travel
    document.
