Uncrustables Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jelly

What kid doesn’t like Smucker uncrustables? I’ve created a healthy version
that kids love just as much. Whole wheat bread filled with natural PB and
strawberry jelly. Vacuumed sealed for longer freezer life.

Murphy Meals 2010 News Letter
I can’t hardly believe it’s 2010! I had a great 2009 and strive to have an
even better 2010. I want to thank ALL of you for your support and business
in 2009. I am so excited to see what 2010 is going to offer for Murphy’s
Meals. I will keep this short and sweet…

Cooking lessons – I am offering cooking lesson to those who feel intimated in

the kitchen. I will provide a menu with many meal options. Choose 3 meals to
prepare and cook. I will come to your home with the food and recipes.
Together we will prepare and cook all three meals. This is a great
opportunity for those who are scared of the kitchen yet want to be able to
become a great cook in 2010.
3 hours needed.
One-on-one $150.00 food included
Group Lessons – This is a great girls night out event or a great event to
entertain works clients. Please contact me for more information

Freezer meals—One of our goals for 2010 is to always have a freezer full of
meals. If you forget to place order that week, no worries! You’ll be able to
stop by my house pull a meal from the freezer on the front porch and pay in
the drop box. If you can’t make it to my house, we will deliver!

Pay Pal – As of next week I will be sending invoice with a Pay Pal option.

Catering – We are available for birthday parties, anniversaries, dinner

parties, holiday parties, work parties…if the word party or event is attached
to it, we are available. We can cater work luncheons as well. Please contact
me for more information.
