By end 2009 Transfennica will have taken
delivery of all eight new, high-speed, multipurpose
Con(tainer)-Ro(Ro)'s. Five are already being
deployed on some of the routes
Linkspan / Pontoon Bilbao
Mid2009 a new pontoon/linkspan will be
in place in Bilbao. Investment 950,000.
capacity: moving RORO-cargo up to 250 tonnes!

3rd vessel 5 sailings per week


Spliethoff/Transfennica are investigating
possible introduction of a 3rd vessel on the
Bilbao-Zeebrugge route enabling 5 sailings
per week in each direction
