    If you are experiencing serious call drops in ZTE Utran network, you will need to check the intra and
    inter neighbours according to the following recommendations on Qrxlevmin and Qqualmin

    (1)"Minimum Required Received Level in the Cell (Qrxlevmin)":from -115 to -108


    (2)"Minimum Required Quality Level in the Cell(Qqualmin)" : from -18 to -13
