Applications are invited through registered post for 120 posts of Vocational Teachers,
9 Vocational Coordinator (School), 11 Vocational coordinator (Industry), 1 Vocational
coordinator (MIS), 9 Accountant cum Clerk and 40 Security personals across the 9
districts (Ambala, Yamuna Nagar, Fatehabad, Jhajjar, Rohtak, Palwal, Faridabad,
Gurgaon and Mewat) on contract basis for a period of 10 to 12 months on the
prescribed application form, the format of which is given at the end. The candidates
are advised to strictly use this format of the application form only otherwise their
applications will be rejected. The format given at the end should be photocopied
(enlarged) on a thick paper. The details of the post are as follows:1.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:1.

For Retail: MBA in Sales and Marketing or Retail from a reputed
institute. Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant industry experience with
updated technical knowledge and having a fair facilitation experience.
2.
For ITEs: PG/Graduate or Diploma in computer application from a
reputed institute. Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
with updated technical knowledge and having a fair facilitation
experience.
3.
For Automobile: PG/Graduate or Diploma in Automobile engineering
from a reputed institute. Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant industry
experience with updated technical knowledge and having a fair
facilitation experience.
4.
For Security: Diploma in Security Services or Ex-Army Service Men.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant industry experience with updated
technical knowledge and having a fair facilitation experience.
5.
For Communicative English: MA/ Graduate in English or any other
specialization with relevant training experience. 4-5 years experience of
teaching / training and having a fair facilitation experience.

For Vocational Coordinator (School): MBA/ Masters degree or equivalent
in Social Sciences, Development Studies or Rural Development .Seven
years of progressive responsible experience in programme formulation,
planning, management and evaluation; with at least two years in
Education Programs. Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic
planning skills. Excellent interpersonal and managerial/supervisory
skills

For Vocational Coordinator (Industry): MBA/ Masters degree or
equivalent in respective domains mentioned. Seven years of progressive
responsible
experience
in
programme
formulation,
planning,
management and evaluation; with at least two years in Education
Programs. Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and managerial/supervisory skills.

For Vocational Coordinator (MIS): Bachelors Degree preferably BCA and

Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application or Higher, Knowledge of
Tally, Statistics/ SPSS. 4-5 years of relevant industry experience.
For Accountant Cum Clerk: Bachelors Degree (Ideally BCom or MCom
with Accounts), Knowledge of Tally, Knowledge of all financial packages
and formats, 4-5 years of relevant experience in reputed organizations,
preferably from an NGO or INGO or having experience in handling
government procedures and financials.
For Security Guard: Previous Work experience of 5 years in recognized
government / semi/ Non Government Organization as Security Guard.

Number of Post may vary either.

Age Limit: - 25- 40 years.
Desirable Qualifications:Person should be fluent in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of computer.
Person should be well versed in training methodology.
Salary: - The post will be filled up on contractual basis on consolidated emoluments
Rs. 25000/- (consolidated salary) per month for Vocational Teachers, Rs. 35000/(consolidated salary) per month for Vocational Coordinator (School, Industry and MIS),
Rs. 12000/- (consolidated salary) per month for Accountant cum Clerk, and Rs.
5000/- (consolidated salary) for Security Personals.
