City CIDG after arrest: To identify that the person pointed out by Confidential Informant
as selling drugs is the same person arrested by PNP MCPS
3. Exhibit C: Picture of Marked Money (2 pcs. 100.00 Bills) used in transaction together
with cellophanes of alleged marijuana leaves: 1. To prove that the transaction took
place as narrated by Witness; 2. To prove the identity of Marked Money and Drugs
recovered from Accused
4. Exhibit D: Joint Affidavit of Apprehension: To prove that the Accused was arrested in
accordance with the Chain of Custody required in Drug Cases
5. Exhibit E: Photo of Marked Money: To prove that the Marked Money used in the
transaction is the same money recovered from Accused
6. Exhibit F: Inventory Receipt (Issued 26 June 2007 in Malaybalay City): To prove that
the items mentioned therein were recovered from Accused
7. Exhibit G 1: Memorandum Request for Laboratory Examination of suspected
marijuana: 1. To prove that the items seized from Accused were the same items
subjected to Laboratory Examination; 2. To prove that law enforcement officers (a)
complied with the procedure prescribed by law after arrest of Accused and (b) within

8. Exhibit G 2: Memorandum Request for Ultraviolet (UV) Powder Dusting of certain
100.00 Money Bills for use in buy-bust operations: To prove that the two (2) money bills
seized from Accused were Marked Money bills for use in buy-bust operations
9. Exhibit H 1: Sworn Chemical Test of Urine Sample from Accused (Chem. Rep. No.
DTCRIM-25-2007B): To prove the use of marijuana by Accused prior to arrest and
seizure

To prove that the items recovered from Accused were duly received by the Laboratory

transmittal of request, processing and testing was carried out by the Laboratory
Examiner within the period prescribed by law; 3. To prove that the items recovered
from Accused were marijuana leaves (qualitative test); 4. To prove that these were the
very same marijuana seized from Accused during the buy-bust operation; 5. To prove
the quantity thereof (quantitative test)

Person (Both Hands) of Accused MARK ANTHONY C. GONZAGA (Chem. Rep. No.
C-07-2007B): 1. To prove that the money recovered from Accused is the same money
previously Marked by entrapping officers before the transaction; 2. To prove that
Accused did receive such money in consideration of the sale of the drugs
