Overview
This software will help the ad agency to manage its operations easily. The necessary
receipts will be generated and printouts can be taken. Receipts will be neat and
consists clear information. So there is no confusion between customer and the
company.

Existing System
At present all daily operations are done manually. This leads to many errors. This also
leads calculation mistakes which consume lot of time customer to seta rate the issue.
As and when some reports are required it will not available soon, one has to sit and
compute the report this will take lot of manpower and time.
Proposed System
In the proposed system the software will be developed to manage all day to day
operations. This covers customer listing, customer quotation generation, customer bill
generation, accepting the payment etc., Also the employee attendance and salary
management. So the proposed system ease the operations at the ad agency office. It
also provides very accurate billing so the client will be given proper info each and
every time the bill is generated. There will not be any mistakes as happen in case of
manual billing. The proposed software will also help the ad agency to save time to do
all operations. The data is stored digitally, so it can be retrieved as and when
required.
