A New Jersey woman who authorities say put her

newborn baby in the middle of a road and set the child
on fire was charged Saturday with murder.
Burlington County prosecutors said Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier, 22, of Pemberton Township was jailed
on $500,000 bail.
Police responded to a Friday night call about a fire
in the middle of a residential road in Pemberton Township, about 30 miles east of Philadelphia. Officers
found the baby in flames and put out the fire.
The infant girl, whose age was not immediately
clear, was badly burned but alive and breathing when
police arrived. She was airlifted to St. Christophers
Hospital for Children in Philadelphia about 11:15 p.m.
Friday, where she died approximately two hours later.
Her mother was taken into custody at the scene.

Police officers troll store parking lots listening for

The readers are attached to the trunks of the vehicles,
and automatically read numbers and connect to a
computer system to notify officers when theres a hit.
They also record the time, date and location of vehicles and can scan thousands of plates an hour.
