COMMERCIAL TERMS
1.

PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at D i f f e r e n t L o c a t i o n s .

2. EXCISE DUTY: NIL. We wish to inform you that applicability of Central Excise duty @ 10.36% for Chapter 84 and 85 imposed vide Central Excise
Notification No. 04/2004 CE dated 17.02.2014 as amended with Notification No. 06/2014 CE dated 25.06.2014 is expired on 31.12.2014.
From 1/1/2015 onwards we will charge Central Excise duty @ 12.36%, if applicable.

SALES TAX: Shall be charged extra @ 2%

3. PRICE VARIATION CLAUSE: The prices quoted by us are variable as per standard IEEMA / CACAMI FORMULA without any
ceiling. The base date will be as on 01/12/2014.
4.

DELIVERY: The delivery schedule shall be as per your delivery schedule.

5.

PAYMENTS: 40% unconditional advance alongwith technically & commercially clear Purchase Order and balance 60% against Proforma
Invoice after successful Inspection before dispatch.

6.

VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer.

7.

PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking into account prevailing discounted rates of the items suppliers
mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any subsequent increase in the rates of these items on account of price
revisions or increase in taxes / duties / levies shall be charged extra to your account.

8.

WARRANTEE: 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of commissioning of Transformer, whichever is earlier
under normal working condition.

9.

INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of items shall be carried out at our Principals works. We would welcome the deputation of your
authorized representative for witnessing the final testing at our Principals works with prior appointment at mutually convenient
schedules.

10. Form C or any other applicable form shall be submitted at the time of taking delivery. If the form is not submitted then difference of
Tax amount shall be kept as a deposit until we receive the Form.
11. TEST: All routine Tests as per IS/IEC will be carried out on the transformers at our Principals works. If any special or type tests are
required then that will be extra at actual.
12. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.
13. Our Offered items are strictly as per your technical specification, hence, no deviation.
14. MAKE: The OFFERED Poles shall be supplied from approved Vendors from RGGVY in DVVNL.
