Redemption Process for Ente Onam, Ente Onida Consumer Offer

If the consumer wins an Additional Warranty:

a. The dealer will hand over the Warranty Card (Issued along with the Scratch Card) to the
consumer.
b. Warranty cards without bearing the date of purchase and rubber stamp of the dealer will
not be valid, hence customers must insist on the above requirement at the time of purchase
strictly.
Additional terms of warranty
LED & LCD TV: - Additional terms of warranty
LED TV: On Purchase of all LED TV models,the purchaser shall be entitled to 1 year additonal
warranty
LCD TV: On purchase of select LCD TV ranging from 55.88cms 60.96cms models ,the
purchaser shall be entitled to 6 months additional warranty .
On purchase of select LCD TV ranging from 81.28cms-106.68cms models the purchaser shall
be entitled to 1year additional warranty .
1) The Additional Warranty Offer won through the scratch card is in addition to the standard
warranty mentioned in the Instruction Manual.
2) The additional warranty is valid as per the scratch card if the purchaser has won the
extended warranty offer on purchase of Onida LED/LCD TVs ..
3) The company shall provide the following services:-.
a) Corrective and remedial maintenance as may be decided by the company from time to
time.
b) Service to rectify malfunctioning of the product as and when required.
c) Free of cost replacement of the defective spares and components, EXCEPT THE
FOLLOWING.
i) Cabinets and plastic items like front mask, back cover, remote control front cover, remote
control back cover etc.
ii) Antenna and accessories used with product like stabilizer, feeder cable, etc.
4) All defective part replaced shall be Companys absolute property

5) Acceptance/renewal of the warranty after its expiry will be at the sole discretion of the
Company
Microwave Ovens: - Additional terms of warranty
1) In case of purchase of Microwave oven under above referred scratch card offer the
warranty is applicable only to a specific part of the Microwave Oven called magnetron. This
warranty does not cover repair / replacement of any other part of the Microwave Oven.
2) The company undertakes to provide the following services under this warranty:-.
a) Free of cost replacement of the defective magnetron only
b) Corrective and remedial maintenance as may be decided by the company from time to
time at a fee.
c) Service to rectify malfunctioning of the magnetron at a fee.
3) The Two Year Additional Warranty Offer on Magnetron won through the scratch card is in
addition to the standard warranty of 1 year from date of purchase as mentioned in the
Instruction Manual.
Air Conditioners: Additional terms of warranty
1) In case of purchase of Onida A.Cs. the following services will be provided to the
customer:-.
a) Attending to breakdown calls.
b) Repair or replacement of compressor in case of failure.
c) The customer must ensure the following: i) The filter is cleaned at regular intervals. ii)
Stabilized power supply of 230+ / - 10% Watts is provided through electrical circuit breakers.
iii) The AC is not repaired / serviced by unauthorized person.
2) The One Year Additional Service Warranty Offer won through the scratch card is in
addition to the standard warranty of 1 year from date of purchase as mentioned in the
Instruction Manual.
3) The one year Additional Service Warranty is valid as per above scratch card offer if the
purchaser has won the extended warranty offer on purchase of Onida Air Conditioner
models.

Washing Machine: Additional terms of warranty

1) The company shall provide following services:-.
a) Corrective and remedial maintenance of Washing machine as may be decided by the
company from time to time at a fee.
b) Service to rectify malfunctioning of the Washing machine as and when required during
the validity period of the additional warranty at a fee.
2) The one year Additional Warranty Offer won through the above scratch card offer is in
addition to the standard warranty of 2 years as mentioned in the Instruction Manual.
3) The one year additional warranty is valid as per the above referred scratch card offer if
the purchaser has won the extended warranty offer on purchase of selected Onida Washing
Machines.
Colour Television: Additional terms of warranty
1) The One Year Additional Warranty Offer won through the scratch card is in addition to
the standard warranty of 1 year as mentioned in the Instruction Manual.
2) The one year additional warranty is valid as per the scratch card if the purchaser has won
the extended warranty offer on purchase of Onida Colour Television ..
3) The company shall provide the following services:-.
a) Corrective and remedial maintenance as may be decided by the company from time to
time.
b) Service to rectify malfunctioning of the product as and when required.
c) Free of cost replacement of the defective spares and components, EXCEPT THE
FOLLOWING.
i) Cabinets and plastic items like front mask, back cover, remote control front cover, remote
control back cover, speaker flap, front flap, knobs, etc.
ii) Antenna and accessories used with product like stabilizer, feeder cable, etc.
4) All defective part replaced shall be Companys absolute property
5) Acceptance/renewal of the warranty after its expiry will be at the sole discretion of the
Company.
