Propiedad intelectual. Derechos de autor. La propiedad intelectual, tal y como establece el
Cdigo Civil en sus artculos 428 y 429, forma parte de las llamadas propiedades especiales, y
viene a constituir una forma especial de ejercer el derecho de propiedad sobre determinados
objetos jurdicos que, por su cualidad, especializan el dominio. Como propiedad especial, el
Cdigo Civil remite su regulacin a una ley especial, y declara la aplicacin supletoria de las
reglas generales establecidas en el mismo sobre la propiedad para lo no especficamente
previsto en dicha ley especial. Esta ley es la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, cuyo Texto
Refundido fue aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, de 12 de abril. El citado Texto modificado por la Ley 5/1998, de 6 de marzo,- constituye, junto con las normas
reglamentarias de desarrollo parcial de aqul, el marco legal por el que se regula la propiedad
intelectual en Espaa, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en la materia por los convenios y
tratados internacionales de los que nuestro pas es parte.Se considera autor a la persona
natural que crea alguna obra literaria, artstica o cientfica. Son objeto de propiedad intelectual
todas las creaciones originales literarias, artsticas o cientficas expresadas por cualquier
medio o soporte, tangible o intangible, actualmente conocido o que se invente en el futuro. La
propiedad intelectual de una obra literaria, artstica o cientfica corresponde al autor por el
solo hecho de su creacin. La condicin de autor tiene un carcter irrenunciable; no puede
transmitirse "inter vivos" ni "mortis causa", no se extingue con el transcurso del tiempo as
como tampoco entra en el dominio pblico ni es susceptible de prescripcin.

What is PoolSafer?
Produced by the InnoQuatic in collaboration with the
Autonomous University of Barcelona determines the requirements
for a management system of quality and safety, which can be used
for internal application by facilities with public or private pools for
public use.
Unlike other management systems, PoolSafer is specific for
aquatic facilities and suppliers, allowing achieve their goals more
quickly thanks to its easy adaptation and efficient operation.

The PoolSafer standard does not require mandatory certification
