PROJECT DENOMINATION:
I recycle and so are you.
ABSTRACT:
This project has been formulated by the directors of the
Initial, Primary and Secondary: Foreign Languages School of
the Faculty of Education and Humanities from San Pedro
University with regard to the accreditation of our Faculty and
the social projection programmes considered in this year.
Moreover, this project has got the intentions, activities and
strategies about how directors, dean, faculty secretaries,
teachers

and

student

could

recycle

classifying

waste

according to their nature in order to preserve the stability

and harmony of environment both inside and outside the
university.
Furthermore, this project pretends explain and motivate to
the university corps the important of the biodiversity,
ecosystems and good relations between them to ensure a
better quality of life serving as a means for a successful
learning based upon values and love for the nature and the

JUSTIFICATION:
This project is justified under the care of our ecosystem and
ensuring

the

quality

of

life

in

him.

Currently,

waste

production has doubled in the last 30 years which means that

humans are transforming our world and planet into a real
garbage and waste, nevertheless, an effective way to reduce
this waste is recycling. Also, recycling helps to reduce global
pollution and thus to make a clean, safe and suitable space
for an effective learning and an academic development.

In addition to this, the project aims to motivate, stimulate

and encourage recycling by not only students and teachers
but also of management, administrative corps of our faculty.
This allows to create a protecting sense of the planet culture,
a respect for life and reuse waste that we thought would not

OBJECTIVES:

General Objective:
Promote and encourage

recycling

culture

in

administrative and management corps, students, teachers

and directors of each School of the Faculty of Education and
Humanities from San Pedro University.
IV.2.
Specific Objectives:
Identify the level of recycling culture in dean,
directors

of

schools,

administrative

and

management corps, teachers and students of the

Faculty of Education and Humanities.
Qualify in policies and issues that ensure the
functionality of recycling and its actions in the
faculty corps.
Implement the Faculty of Education and Humanities
with the respective recycling dustbins classify them
by their colour and origin.
Promote in the university corps a culture of recycling
through effective and innovative campaigns.
Evaluate the recycling programme and reusing
waste in the faculty of Education and Humanities
corps by implementing actions, monitoring and
control thereof.
