1.1 Dust Catcher N2 Purge Valve, Clean Gas Flow N2 Purge Valve.
- Valve operation will be only available for manual mode.
1.2 Dust Shut Off Valve, Gas Sealing Valve, Dust Flow Control Valve, Vibrator, Cooling Water Supply Valve, Pug Mill,Dust Catcher Goggle Valve, BFG Goggle Valve.
- Operation will be only available for local.
1.3 Water Recycle Pump.
- Pump operation will be available for group auto and manual mode.
- In group automation mode the pump will operate on 2 working and 2 stand-by configuration.
1.4 Pre-Scrubber By Pass Valve.
- Valve operation will be available for auto and manual mode.
1.5 Pre-Scrubber Shut Off Valve.
- Valve operation will be available for auto and manual mode.
1.6 Pre-Scrubber Control Valve.
(1) Set AUT and INT mode of FV5235 Controller.

(2) Faceplate will be appeared by clicking the FV5235 and then set the AUT/INT mode of controller.
(3) When the FV5235 is AUTO/INT Mode, SV value can be aligned.
1.7 Recirculation By Pass Valve.
- Valve operation will be available for auto and manual mode.
1.8 Recirculation Drain Valve.
- Valve operation will be available for auto and manual mode.

1.9 Recirculation Control Valve.

(1) Set AUT and INT mode of FV5245 Controller.

(2) Faceplate will be appeared by clicking the FV5245 and then set the AUT/INT mode of controller.
(3) When the FV5245 is AUTO/INT Mode, SV value can be aligned.
1.10 Furnace top pressure.
(1) Operator select PV of controller.
- Below the sub window to select PV of controller will be appeared by touch the next button (PV SELECT).

- After a button that operator want to select is clicked, the button is blinked by red.
and then click the YES button . Then the selection complete with red button.
The largest value of the PI2124, PI2125,PI2126,PI2127 and PI5202 is selected as pv of Furnace Top controller.

(2) Furnace Top Pressure Controller.

- Set AUT and INT mode of PIC5201 Controller.

- Faceplate will be appeared by clicking the PIC5201 Tag No and then set the AUT/INT mode of controller.
- When the PIC5202 is AUTO/INT Mode, SV value can be aligned.
(3) Set Value.
- Operator can set the Bleeder Trip value.

- TRIP SET VALUE = FURNACE TOP PRESSURE CONTROLLER SV + BLEEDER TRIP VALUE.

1.11 Clarified Water Flow Controller.

(1) Set AUT and INT mode of FV5233 Controller.

(2) Faceplate will be appeared by clicking the FV5233 Tag No and then set the AUT/INT mode of controller.
(3) When the FV5233 is AUTO/INT Mode, SV value can be aligned.

1.12 Emergency Water Valve.

- Valve operation will be only available for manual mode.
1.13 N2 Purge Valve.
- Valve operation will be only available for manual mode.
1.14 Scrubber Cone.
- Status of cones is displayed by red.

- Below button is used to control the cone in remote & auto(plc) mode.
- Status of cones is displayed by red.
Command is operated " only push status"

1.15 Dust Catcher Goggle Valve, BFG Goggle Valve.

- Operation will be only available for local.

2.2 Gas Cleaning Sump Pump.

- In group automation mode the pump will operate on 1 working and 1 stand-by configuration.
2.3 Clarified Pond Fresh Water Valve, Cold Well Fresh Water Valve.
- Valve operation will be only available for manual mode.
2.4 Cooling Water Fan 1,2 for GCP.
- Fan operation will be available for auto and manual mode.
