I am inventor since 11 years old.
The inventor also should remember, re-read
directories physics, the chemist and encyclopedia,
which disseminate attention many. I began to
write this book involuntarily, only for myself to
not forget the inspired calculations, ready ideas
and that it is already possible to put into practice
tomorrow.
So unexpectedly I have written the theory creation inventions.
According to the theory of the information - the information
receiver should have a book of messages. Hope full book will be
source information for creation of the computer programs. Programs
are more useful product for businessmen. Read demonstration

Second rule: the common whole can be divided not only into
shares in the right of the common property, forming a portion of
right, but also the common whole can be divided into non-uniform
parts and homogeneous parts (materials) of the whole (forming the
cooperative property).
The term the cooperative property is, in my opinion, suits to
the name of the right on concrete non-uniform things and
homogeneous things (materials) in structure of the whole.
Third rule: investments may be placed in the share of common
property or in the parts of the cooperative property
the process is called bankruptcy, when the investors return
investments from the business and banks.
Bankruptcy is a right on division.
Bankruptcy is accompanied by auctions on which there is a sale
of shares of the right of the common property, is more often then sale
of non-uniform things and homogeneous things (materials) of parts
of the common whole. I still do not know why investor prefers
purchase shares of the right of the common property to the common
whole at creation (the fictitious capital). Only it is possible to guess

HARMFUL INVENTIONS AND THE

VAT
practically, from zero the huge jump in world progress in east
Europe, in India, in South East Asia people who did not know
borders possible in the world of things has been made 5335 patents
in a year. Chinese only in system RST have registered 1724 patents.
In Russia all on the contrary! In Russia invent ever less. 586
patents (2003), 384 patents (2005). As a result of state regulation

without patents there was a machine-tool construction, radio

engineering and aircraft engineering of Russia.
Harmful inventions are already known: fighting birds, a
counterfeit money, computer viruses, and taps and so on.
Know how the VAT works. It is most difficult of the Russian
taxes on a way of calculation. The sums of the tax paid to suppliers
are subtracted from the sums received from the consumer (
1992-1, 06.12.1991). Changes from 02.01.2000 years (36-)
have entered into the law norm, according to which VAT is subject
to compensation (subtraction) only after payment of the bills used at
calculations in a condition of eternal shortage of money. The
amendment has made many enterprises unprofitable. Even with
commissioning of the tax code position did not manage to be
corrected, as consequences not grasps of circulating assets, are not
compensated by bills. Certainly, and it is necessary to prove the right
to an exchange of bills by means of a superfluous paper which is
made out by the parties by signing of the corresponding certificate,
according to item 409, 410, 411, 412 civil Codes.
