GENERAL CAUTIONS
1. Service and Maintenance of the filter is to be carried out by qualified personnel.
2. The filter is suitable for the design pressure/temperature conditions and corrosion allowance as stated on the drawing and
nameplate. Before the equipment is taken into use, it has to be properly earthed. It is strongly recommended to carry out an
earthing continuity test before starting up the unit. Good earthing is necessary to prevent sparks due to static electricity.
3. The filter has not been designed to withstand any external forces and moments, unless otherwise stated on the drawing or
calculations, such as:
3.1. Forces and moments resulting from wind loading.
3.2. Forces and moments resulting snow and ice.
3.3. Forces and moments resulting from earthquakes.
3.4. Forces and moments resulting from supporting structures.
3.5. Forces and moments resulting from piping connections.
3.6. Forces resulting from rapid fluctuations in pressure.
3.7. Force resulting from vibrations.
4. The filter cover or any connection are not to be removed from the filter whilst the filter is under pressure.
5. Please be aware that the medium in the filter can contain toxic or explosive mixtures. During service and maintenance
operations the guidelines as stated on the Material Safety Data Sheets of the medium should be adhered to.
6. When the filter is installed, the surface of the filter could be hot. The filter should therefore be placed in such a way that
physical contact with the filter can be avoided.
7. The filter could be delivered without any safety device, before the filter is taken into use all the following safety devices as a
minimum are to be fitted within the system in which the filter is enclosed.
7.1. Safety (relief) valve.
7.2. Temperature and pressure indicators.
7.3. Pressure Differential Indicator connected to the inlet and outlet of the filter to check the pressure drop over the filter.
8. Suitable valves are to be provided on all vent and drain connections (either by Indufil BV or the user).
9. When the Filter has been dropped, the filter is not suitable anymore for service.
10. Elements have to be disposed in accordance with local law and regulation regarding the medium and expected
contaminations that can be trapped in the filter.
11. Care must be taken not to spill medium or contamination when changing and disposing of the used elements.
12. If NR-13 is applicable; maintenance has to be performed by certified personnel of the customer. This according to the

regulations of NR-13 (13.10) in combination with the filter category (13.8.8).

ALLGEMEINE WARNUNGEN

Bedienung und Wartung des Druckbehlters soll von sachverstndigem Personal durchgefhrt werden.
Bevor die Anlage in Betrieb genommen wird, muss sie zuerst richtig geerdet werden. Es ist sehr empfehlungswert,
vor dem Starten der Anlage eine Erdungsprfung durchzufhren.
3. Der Druckbehlter ist nicht dafr entworfen, irgendwelchen ueren Krften und Momenten zu widerstehen - es sei
denn, solche sind auf der Zeichnung oder Berechnung erwhnt -, wie
3.1. Krften und Momenten infolge von Windlasten.
3.2. Krften und Momenten infolge von Eis und Schnee.
3.3. Krften und Momenten infolge von Erdbeben.
3.4. Krften und Momenten durch Sttzgerste.
3.5. Krften und Momenten durch Rohrverbindungen.
3.6. Krften infolge schneller Druckschwankungen.
3.7. Krften infolge von Schwingungen.
4. Wenn der Druckbehlter unter Druck steht, darf weder der Deckel noch irgendein Verbindungsstck von dem
Druckbehlter entfernt werden.
5. Wir machen Sie darauf aufmerksam, dass dieser Filter toxische und explosionsgefhrliche Gemische enthalten
kann. Bei Bedienung und Wartung soll man die Vorschriften auf den Werkstoffsicherheitsdatenblttern fr den Inhalt
befolgen.
6. Bei der Filterinstallation kann seine Oberflche sich erhitzen. Daher sollte der Druckbehlter so eingebaut werden, dass
Krperkontakt mit dem Druckbehlter unmglich wird.
7. Der Filter kann ohne Schutzanlagen geliefert werden, mssen noch vor Inbetriebnahme des Druckbehlters alle
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen an dem kompletten System montiert werden. Zu diesen Sicherheitsvorrichtungen gehren
mindestens:
7.1. Sicherheits- oder berdruckventile.
7.2. Temperatur und Druck Indikatoren.
7.3. An dem Einlass- und Ablassventil des Druckbehlters montierte Differenzdruckanzeiger zur berwachung des
Druckverlustes ber dem Druckbehlter.
8. Alle Entlftungen und Ablsse mssen mit geeigneten Ventilen ausgestattet werden (entweder durch Indufil BV oder den
Anwender).
9. Wenn der Druckbehlter umgekippt ist, ist er nicht mehr fr Inbetriebsetzung geeignet.
10. Die Entsorgung der Filterelementen soll gem rtlichen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen erfolgen sowie Normen in Bezug auf
Flussmittel und eventuelle schdliche Substanzen, die in den Filter geraten knnen.
11. ben Sie Sicherheitsmanahmen aus, um Flssigkeitsentladung oder Kontaminationen whrend Ersetzung oder
Entsorgung von verbrauchten Elementen auszuschlieen.

AVERTISSEMENTS GNRAUX
1. Le service et la maintenance du filtre ne peuvent tre effectus que par le personnel qualifi.
2. Le filtre est destin fonctionner dans les conditions de la pression / de la temprature projetes et dans le milieu de
corrosion et drosion admissible comme il est indiqu dans le dessin et sur la plaque.
3. Le prsent filtre nest pas destin la rsistance aux forces extrieures et aux couples, si lautre nest pas indiqu sur
les dessins et dans les calculs, p.ex.:
3.1. Forces et moments causs par la pression du vent .
3.2. Forces et moments causs par la neige et la glace.
3.3. Forces et moments causs par le tremblement de terre.
3.4. Forces et moments causs par des constructions de support.
3.5. Forces et moments causs par des raccords de conduite.
3.6. Forces causes par des variations brusques de la pression.
3.7. Forces causes par des vibrations.
4. On ne peut pas enlever le couvercle du filtre ou son raccord quand le filtre est sous pression.
5. Nous prtons votre attention sur ce que le prsent filtre peut contenir les mlanges toxiques ou inflammables .
Pendant des travaux de service et de maintenance rguliers il faut suivre des directives concernant des contenances
qui sont spcifies dans le Document sur la scurit du matriel (Material Safety Data Sheets).
6. Lors de l'installation du filtre sa surface peut se chauffer. Cest pour cela que le filtre devrait tre install de manire
que le contact physique avec le filtre ne soit pas possible.
7. Le filtre peut tre livr sans dispositifs de protection; avant de mettre le filtre en service tous les dispositifs de scurit
doivent tre connects au systme auquel le filtre appartient. Ces dispositifs sont au moins:
7.1. Une soupape de sret.
7.2. Temprature et indicateurs de pression.
7.3. Un indicateur de la diffrences de pression connects lentre et la sortie du filtre (sil nest pas dj
install) qui sert contrler la chute de pression dans le filtre.
8. Des valves appropries doivent tre fournies sur tout les passage dvent et de purge (par Indufil BV ou lutilisateur).
9. Si la pression dans le filtre a diminu, le filtre ne sert plus au service.
10. Lutilisation des lments du filtre doit seffectuer selon la lgislation locale et les normes concernant les milieux
liquides et les substances nocives possibles qui peuvent se pntrer dans le filtre.
11. Observez les mesures de scurit pour exclure la fuite du liquide et la contamination au cours du remplacement et de
lutilisation des lments uss.

CAUTELAS GERAIS
1. Servio e manuteno do filtro devem ser feitos pelo pessoal qualificado.
2. O filtro conveniente para as condies de presso/temperatura do projecto e para o desvio de corroso / eroso
admissvel, como afirmado no desenho e na plaqueta da casa.
3. Este filtro no projetado para resistir aos momentos e foras e externos, salvo o contrrio no indicado nos
desenhos e clculos, por exemplo:
3.1. Foras e momentos resultados de presso do vento.
3.2. Foras e momentos resultados de neve e gelo.
3.3. Foras e momentos resultados de terremoto.
3.4. Foras e momentos resultados de construes de suporte.
3.5. Foras e momentos resultados de junes de tubos.
3.6. Foras resultadas de mudanas rpidas de presso.
3.7. Foras resultadas de vibraes.
4. A cobertura do filtro ou junes no se devem remover do filtro sob presso.
5. Chamamos a sua ateno para o fato que esse filtro pode conter misturas txicas ou explosivas. Durante as
operaes do servio e manuteno, preciso observar os princpios gerais a respeito de contedos mencionados
nas folhas de dados de segurana de material (Material Safety Data Sheets).
6. Ao instalar o filtro a superfcie deste ltimo pode aquecer. Portanto, o filtro devia estar instalado de maneira que
impessa qualquer contacto fsico com o filtro.
7. O filtro pode ser fornecido sem dispositivos de proteco, antes de por o filtro em servio, todos os dispositivos de
segurana devem estar instalados no sistema onde o filtro est includo. Pelo menos, os dispositivos seguintes
devem-se usar:
7.1. Vlvula de segurana.
7.2. Temperatura e indicadores de presso.
7.3. Indicador de differena de presso colocado sobre a entrada e a sada do filtro (se j no instalado), que
controla o abaixamento de presso do filtro.
8. Todas as conexes para desaerao e descarga de gua devem ser equipadas com as vlvulas convenientes (pela Indufil
BV ou usurio).
9. Se o filtro baixa, no mais conveniente para o trabalho.
10. Utilizao de elementos do filtro deve ser realizada de acordo com as leis locais e regulamentos aplicveis aos
meios lquidos e substncias possivelmente nocivas que podem entrar no filtro.
11. Tome precaues para evitar o derramamento de lquido ou a contaminao durante a substituio e eliminao dos
elementos usados.
12. Se NR-13 aplicvel; manuteno deve ser realizada por pessoal certificado do cliente. Isto de acordo com os
regulamentos da NR-13 (13.10) em combinao com a categoria de filtro (13.8.8)

AVVERTENZE GENERALI

Riparazioni e la manutenzione vanno fatte solo dal personale qualificato.

Il filtro idoneo per le condizioni alla pressione di progetto / a temperatura di progetto ed allo scostamento
ammissibile di corrosione/ di erosione come riportato sul disegno e sulla targhetta. Prima di usare linstallazione, la
spina deve essere collegata con presa di terra. Raccomandiamo un test di continuit messa a terra prima di mettere
in moto lunita. Una messa a terra e necessario per evitare una scintilla elettrica.

Questo filtro non progettato per resistere alle forze e momenti esterni, salvo diversamente specificato nei disegni e
calcoli, p.e.
3.1. Da forze e momenti causati dalla pressione del vento.
3.2. Da forze e momenti causati dal peso di neve e ghiaccio.
3.3. Da forze e momenti causati dal terremoto.
3.4. Da forze e momenti causati dalle costruzioni di supporto.
3.5. Da forze e momenti causati da giunti di tubazione.
3.6. Da forze causate dal cambiamento improvviso della pressione.
3.7. Da forze causate dalle vibrazioni.
4.
Non va mai levato il corpo del filtro o del giunto, se il filtro sotto la pressione.
5.
Attenzione: questo filtro pu contenere miscele tossiche o esplosive. Durante i lavori di riparazione o di manutenzione
vanno mantenute tutte le direttive e norme riguardanti il contenuto, riportate nelle Istruzioni di sicurezza (Material
Safety Data Sheets).

Se il filtro viene istallato senza isolanti la superficie del filtro pu risultare calda. Per questo motivo il filtro va sistemato
in maniera tale da renderne impossibile il contatto fisico.
7.
Il filtro pu essere consegnato senza dispositivi di sicurezza; prime di mettere il filtro in esercizio, bisogna inserire nel
sistema, in cui viene chiuso il filtro, tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza.
Questo il minimo di dispositivi di sicurezza:
7.1. Valvola si sicurezza.
7.2. Indicatori di temperatura e pressione.
7.3. Indicatore della differenza della pressione (PDI) messo allentrata ed alluscita del filtro (se non stato ancora
istallato), serve per controllare labbassamento della pressione del filtro.
8.
Tutti i giunti di ventilazione e di scarico devono essere muniti delle rispettive valvole (o dallIndufil BV o dallutente).
9.
Se il filtro si abbassa, non piu idoneo al lavoro.
10. Elementi devono essere smaltiti in conformit alle leggi locali e regolamentazione per quanto riguarda le
contaminazioni fluido e prevede che possono essere intrappolate nel filtro.
11. ogna fare attenzione a non versare liquidi o la contaminazione a cambiare e lo smaltimento degli elementi utilizzati.

PRECAUCIONES GENERALES
1. El servicio y mantenimiento del filtro debe ser llevado a cabo por el personal cualificado.
2. El filtro es apropiado para las condiciones de diseo con respecto a la presin/temperatura y la corrosin/erosin as como
est previsto en el plano y sobre la placa. Se recomienda fuertemente que se conduzca la prueba de continuidad a tierra
antes de arrancar la unidad. Una buena toma de tierra es necesaria para evitar chispas causadas por la electricidad
esttica.
3. El filtro no ha sido diseado para soportar todas las fuerzas y momentos externos, a menos que se indique lo contrario en el
dibujo o clculos, como por ejemplo:
3.1. Las fuerzas y momentos resultantes de la presin del vientro.
3.2. Las fuerzas y momentos resultantes de la nieve y el hielo.
3.3. Las fuerzas y momentos resultantes de los terremotos.
3.4. Las fuerzas y momentos resultantes de las estructuras de apoyo.
3.5. Las fuerzas y momentos resultantes de las conexiones de tuberas.
3.6. Las fuerzas resultantes de fluctuaciones rpidas de la presin.
3.7. La fuerza resultante de vibraciones.
4. Queda prohibido quitar la cubierta del filtro o cualquier conexin del filtro mientras el mismo est bajo presin.
5. Por favor tenga en cuenta que el contenido del filtro puede contener mezclas txicas o explosivas. Durante el servicio y

6. Cuando el filtro est instalado, la superficie del filtro puede estar caliente. Por lo tanto es necesario ponerlo de tal forma que
contacto fsico con el filtro sea imposible.
7. El filtro puede ser entregado sin ningn dispositivo de seguridad, antes de poner el filtro en uso es necesario instalar los
dispositivos de seguridad dentro del sistema donde est encerrado el filtro. Tales dispositivos sern como mnimo:
7.1. Vlvula de seguridad (escape).
7.2. Temperatura e indicadores de presin.
7.3. Indicador de diferencial de presin instalado a la entrada y salida del filtro (si no est instalado ya), para comprobar la
cada de presin en el filtro.
8. Es preciso poner las vlvulas apropiadas en todas las conexiones de descarga y drenaje (por Indufil BV o por el usuario).
9. En el caso de que el filtro se caiga no ser apto para el servicio posterior.
10. La utilizacin de los elementos del filtro debe realizarse segn la legislacin local y las normas que se refieren a los
medios lquidos y sustancias txicas posibles que pueden penetrar en el filtro.
11. Se debe tener cuidado de no derramar el lquido o la contaminacin en el cambio y la eliminacin de los elementos
utilizados.

Bediening en onderhoud van het filter dient door gekwalificeerd personeel te worden uitgevoerd.
Het filter is geschikt voor de ontwerpdruk/temperatuuromstandigheden en de toegestane corrosie-/erosietoeslagen zoals
vermeld op de tekening en naamplaat. Voordat het materiaal in gebruik wordt genomen moet het goed geaard zijn. Het is
ten stelligste aanbevolen om een aardingstest uit te voeren alvorens de unit in gebruik te nemen. Goede aarding is
noodzakelijk om vonken door statische elektriciteit te voorkomen.
Het filter is er niet op ontworpen, om welke uitwendige krachten en momenten dan ook te doorstaan tenzij anders
aangegeven op de tekening of berekening -, zoals:
3.1. Krachten en momenten voortvloeiende uit windbelasting.
3.2. Krachten en momenten voortvloeiende uit ijs en sneeuw.
3.3. Krachten en momenten voortvloeiende uit aardbevingen.
3.4. Krachten en momenten overgedragen via de ondersteuning van het filter.
3.5. Krachten en momenten overgedragen via leidingaansluitingen.
3.6. Krachten voortvloeiende uit snelle drukschommelingen.
3.7. Krachten voortvloeiende uit trillingen.
Zolang het filter nog onder druk staat, mag de filterdeksel of welke aansluiting dan ook niet van het drukvat worden
verwijderd.
Let erop, dat de inhoud van het filter toxische of explosieve mengsels kan bevatten. Tijdens bediening en onderhoud dient
men zich te houden aan de aanwijzingen op de materiaalveiligheidsbladen van het medium welke door het filter stroomt.
Wanneer het filter zonder isolatie wordt genstalleerd, kan de buitenzijde van het filter heet worden. Daarom dient het filter
zo te worden geplaatst, dat lichaamscontact met het filter verhinderd wordt.
Aangezien het filter zonder beveiligingsconstructie kan zijn geleverd, moeten alvorens het filter in gebruik wordt genomen
eerst alle veiligheidsinrichtingen worden aangesloten op het complete systeem. Onder deze veiligheidsapparatuur vallen op
zn minst de volgende voorzieningen:
7.1. Beveiligings- en aftapkleppen.
7.2. Temperatuur en drukaanwijzers.
7.3. Drukverschilmeters op de in- en uitlaat van het filter, om het drukverlies over het filter te controleren.
Alle ontluchtings- en aftapverbindingen dienen te zijn voorzien van afsluiters (door Indufil BV of de gebruiker).
Wanneer het filter is omgevallen, is het filter niet meer geschikt voor gebruik.
Elementen moeten worden afgevoerd in overeenstemming met de lokale wet- en regelgeving ten aanzien van het medium
en de te verwachten verontreinigingen die aanwezig kunnen zijn in het filter.
Er moet voorzichtigheid worden betracht, om geen medium of vervuiling tijdens het veranderen en verwijderen van de
gebruikte elementen te morsen.

(Follow the procedure below.)

Confirm both spectacle blind flanges are open position, and vent/drain valves are fully closed.
Comfirme que ambas espectacuco pestans ocultas estan en la posicin abierta y las vlvuls de

Ensure that the inlet and outlet valves of the clean filter are open.
Asegure que la ensenada y las vlvulas de tomacorriente del filtro limpio estn abiertas.

Close the block valves of the contaminated filter.

Filter differential pressure should now read less than the 1.2 kg/cm2 alarm point.

Open vent valves to relieve pressurized process gas from filter housing, and then closed these valves.

Cierre las vlvuls de bloqueo del filtolo contaminado.

Filtrar el diferencial por menos del que la presin debe ahora leer el1.2 kg / cm2 alarman punto.

Abre la vlvuls de abertura para aliviar el gas de processo presurizado de vivienda de filtoro y cerra

Drain any collected moisture from the contaminated filters by carefully opening the relevant drain valve.

Disassemble, replace the cartridge, and reassemble the filter. Close the drain valve.

next operation of the filter.

Check the leakage of the newly installed filter with soap.
