I did not receive any resolution or reply in respect to the abovereferred earlier complaint from
your end.

I hope that no scope is to be given to the wrongdoers / offenders / violators to go scotfree by

adopting timewasting tactics or inaction or delay in action.
Mr Gautam Kumar Majumder, being a public officer and special officer of the society, did not
take any action on the activity of a group of allotteemembers of the society who were engaged
in conspiracy of destruction of an asset of the Society, a VAT, and as a result we have lost an
asset of the society for which we invested our hard earnedmoney.
The said public officer has escaped from the society giving the wrongdoers / offenders /
violators to go scotfree by adopting timewasting tactics or inaction or delay in action.
The said public officer is still being paid by public money even after the aforesaid activity in the
world largest democracy.
Once again, I request you to hold an inquiry on the activity of the ExSpecial Officer of Bidisha Co
operative Housing Society Ltd and arrange necessary legal actions and punishment honouring
the Acts and the Rules and the democracy.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly arrange to give instruction to the ExSpecial Officer / the
Registering authority to restore the Garbage VAT at the earliest.
I hope I shall not be deprived of your kind cooperation and necessary action.
