We use the Present Simple for habits or actions that happen regularly.
NOTE: on Monday / Saturdays, etc.

Rules for the third person:
a) We add s to the end of most verbs.
b) We add es to verbs that end in -s, -ss, -sh, -ch, -x, or -o.
c) We drop the -y and add ies to verbs that
end in a consonant + y.
