Description

Giftig! Die lngste, dabei aber sehr schlanke Boiga-Art. Bisse fhren
zu Schwellungen und Schmerzen sowie eventuell zu
Kreislaufstrungen. Vorsicht beim Handling ist angebracht, auch
wenn die meisten Tiere ruhig sind, wenn man sie vorsichtig anfasst.
Importe sind mit Ekto- und Endoparasiten behaftet. Sehr variabel
gefrbt. Dmmerungs- und nachtaktiv, wobei sie auch den normalen
arborealen Lebensraum verlsst, auf dem Boden auf die Suche nach
Nahrung geht und dabei sogar in Huser eindringt.

Venomous! The longest, but very slender species of the Boiga genus.
Bites lead to swellings and pain, sometimes circulation problems.
Handle with care. Most specimens stay calm as long as you touch
them gently. Imports have internal and external parasites. Variable
colouration. Active during dawn and night, when it leaves its normal
arboreal environment coming down to the ground in search of food,
sometimes even entering human buildings.

bepflanzen und fr Versteckpltze sorgen, diese entspannen die
Tiere. Reichlich sprhen, Tiere trinken am liebsten Sprhwasser.
Tagestemperatur 2729C, nachts 2325C, Luftfeuchtigkeit 60

Cage at least 150x70x100cm WDH. Provide climbing branches, lots

of plants and dark retreats to relax the animals. Spray a lot, animals
prefer to drink from sprayed water. Day temperature 2729C, night
temperature 2325C, humidity 6090%. Fluorescent lamps, heat

90%. Leuchtstoffrhren, Wand- oder Deckenheizung, Bodengrund

z.B. Kokosfaser gemischt mit Moos oder Kokosschnipseln oder
anderes lockeres, saugfhiges Substrat. Lebenserwartung: mehr als
12 Jahre.
