In response to a short tender notice number 02/2013 for CONSTRUCTION OF

BARBED WIRE FENCING AT PADVE MAZGAV RESEARCH CENTRE, I -----------------------------------herby submit interest bid for this tender. I undertake to

completion of work of CONSTRUCTION OF BARBED WIRE FENCING AT

checked by Chief Conservator of Forests and Silviculturist, Pune. Or by the
Officer instructed by him on his behalf.

Terms and conditions for the tender

CONSTRUCTION OF BARBED WIRE FENCING AT PADVE MAZGAV
RESEARCH CENTRE
1. Eligible and willing bidders can obtain tender forms from this office or office of
Dodamarg Forest Research RFO, Kunkeri (Sawantwadi) after paying Rs 500/(non refundable). Forms are acceptable only in prescribed proforma. The proforma
is also downloadable from website ccfretpune.gov.in or mahaforest.nic.in. The
downloaded forms must be accompanied with demand draft of Rs 500/- payable
at Pune in the name of Chief Conservator of Forests and Silviculturist, Pune. Rate
should be for entire work as per items mentioned in the annexure and the drawing
supplied. Expected extent of work as per estimate is approx 2160 Rmt. approx.
2. The firm should be duly registered under Registrar of companies/ tax authorities/
authorized govt. agencies. The firm should have work experience in same line for
at least 3 years. Certificate of registration should be attached with tender
document.
3. The contractor is requested to inspect the site of work of construction of barbed
wire fencing. As there may be certain technical improvements in the tender, the
compulsory visit to site is advised.
4. The Forest Research Centre, PADVE MAZGAV is situated on Dodamarg to
Tillari dam Road.
5. In case of any difficulty in locating the site of work contractor is requested to
contact Range Forest Officer ( Research ) Dodamarg, at Kunkeri (Sawantwadi)
6. The tenders should be deposited in this office up to 27/02/2012 before 1.00 PM.
7. No tenders will be accepted after the prescribed time.
8. Tenders shall be accompanied by EMD deposit of Rs. 37,000/- in form of demand
draft payable at Pune in the name of Chief Conservator of Forests and
Silviculturist Pune. The amount shall be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. The
successful bidders deposit shall be forfeited in case of noncompliance of term and
conditions.

9. The tenders shall be open on 27/02/2012 at 1.30 PM before present bidders. The
successful bidder shall execute a bond of final tendered amount. He should also
complete work within the time period prescribed by Chief Conservator of Forests
and Silviculturist Pune. It should also comply the prescribed specifications.
10. The contractor will have to follow the preseibed items of works in detail and to the
design and specifications of work supplied regarding the construction of Barbed
Wire Fencing. The material should also qualify the standard tests.
11. The rate quoted of all taxes. No claim towards extra amount of Taxes will be
entertained .
12. After completion of Construction Work, it will be inspected by the representative
of this office.
13. The work advance of 40% shall be paid after delivery of materials on site. Only
after receipt of report by the representative of the office of CCF & Silviculurist,
Pune, the remaining 50% work charge amount will be paid after successful
completion of work and 10% amount 30 days thereafter.
14. The contractor have to sign the prescribed Form of Cotract as prescribed by The
Chief Conservator of Forests and Silviculturist Pune
15. Contractor should also provide 1 year free maintenance.
16. The Chief Conservator of Forests and Silviculturist Pune reserve right to accept or
reject any tender at any time without any reason. In case of dispute, the decision of
Chief Conservator of Forests and Silviculturist Pune.shall be final.
